Very spacious and comfortable in a great location. Great for our big family reunion. Games and puzzles provided for stormy days on the beach. The 3 year olds loved the spiral staircase. Plenty of storage and seating. The view is great and the sunsets spectatular.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This Sandy Point rental worked out very well for our family. The view is outstanding and we enjoyed sunsets every night of our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Be sure to check out the supplies available in the laundry room if you don't find what you need in the kitchen. Some larger items are stored there, including a pot large enough to cook enough ears of corn for a crowd. There was plenty of closet space and linens. The second level in the main house has a long counter which worked out great for setting up our assortment of laptops and other electronic devices. Downstairs bathroom of main house is luxurious but does not have a shower, the only drawback for our group. The owners were very helpful with answering questions before and during our visit. We would rent this propery again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The Booking Deposit = 1/2 rent, taxes and fees + Security Deposit is due to confirm your reservation along with a completed Rental Contract.

$150 cleaning fee applied to rentals under 5 days. Tax: 10.5%

Quoted rates are for a maximum of 8 Guests with additional sleeping provided for up to 4 extra guests. Extra guests: high season $30/guest/night, low season $20/guest/night.

Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: Sandy Point has been our favorite vacation spot for over 20 years. We still just love going to the beach house and look forward to retiring there in the future. A family member pointed out to us that our beautiful beach home is all alone for most of the year and really needs to be enjoyed. We have friends in the vacation rental business that helped us set up our home for the comfort and convenience of periodic visitors. As well, we have been lucky enough to find the best housekeeping company to keep our vacation home immaculate – Thank you Samantha! It's a pleasure to share our Sandy Point vacation home with others.

Sandy Point is a lovely community. It enjoys a growing population without the commercial buildings, shops, and traffic. Sandy Point is also well situated to miss the brunt of ocean storms and other nasty weather.
