Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Everything about this beach house is terrific. It was so relaxing and comfortable. I felt like I had my own private, secluded beach but was 7 minutes from all the shopping I desired. The Miramar Beach area is a fabulous place for families as well. There are sidewalks for miles, so it is perfect for walking, running or riding bikes! The house is steps from the crystal clear ocean and sugar white sand. I loved the enormous new deck where we had meals daily. Almost every room in the house has a spectacular view of the beach and the master bedroom also has it's own private deck where I enjoyed my coffee from the in room coffee maker. There were many details that have been considered to have a very enjoyable experience. I was very pleased with our choice and look forward to going back. I highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful home and location of your condo!! It was so easy to get to and we had such a fabulous time. It was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. I could not believe we could walk the beach to get to Happy Hour!! The deck was the perfect place for coffee and dinner for our group. You thought of everything for your guests as we had beach chairs for all! Your home was very clean and cozy. We loved the downstairs area as it was so easy to get to the beach!! Your follow up call to make sure everything was what we expected was so appreciated. We look forward to referring your home to our friends and will return soon.

Wonderful Vacation Full of Memories!!

I have stayed at this beach house multiple times now and will not pick a different location in Destin. I try to make it down to this wonderful getaway at least twice a year. Sun shining or rainy weather it is always a fantastic vacation. Its location being so close to numerous restaurants and shopping locations does not allow for everything to be done in just a short week. Even with the wonderful attractions around it, the main attraction is the beautiful blue gulf ocean just a few short steps in the powdery white sand away from the spacious back deck. Every year I notice that the owners have upgraded many things about the house (tv's, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, decor, etc). It is always a nice surprise even though the house has been gorgeous since our first stay. I have found that even if your trip consists of a few rainy days, there is something at this house that can still make fond memories you will never forget with the people who share that space with you. Whether going with a big group of friends, or just taking couples down, you find yourself in a pure natural zen. The website that you have found this home on is a true description of this home. It is our "HomeAway" from home.

Kimberly Like a fine handmade crystal vase Waterford quality, more stunning and precious with age Decorated with diamond cuts; deep, angled and soft patterns that create interesting dimension and character, light dancing completely through it and off of every edge – Dazzling! Fragile; breakable but strong enough to hold nourishing water and bulbs five times its size. Fantastic to the eye. Every angle a glance of special stems, leaves, roots inside. Beauty reaches out! Flowers, colors, truth, history, Joy, life pop out, scream, rest and spread perfume. A defining piece in the room, deserving attention. Enjoyed by all around. Things I learned at Kimberly’s Beach House: There is a God – The beach is amazing and beautiful during regular work hours! Prolly more so! There is a God – Hospitality is alive and well! There is a God – Who knew you could put jerk seasoning in cheese! There is a God – Moroccan pools! There is a God – No one was accosted by girlfriend-diners! There is a God – 9 women of varying backgrounds and ages can co-exist and have a BLAST! There is a God – Bling Bling Flip flops! There is a God – Wine, Wine, Wine! And Vodka! A Fabulous Vacation in a Wonderful Home Away From Home! This condo is amazing! The windows in the livingroom and the incredible deck are reason enough to come back! We basked in ocean views and enjoyed meals on the expansive deck. You literally step of the deck onto the sand! There was more than enough bedrooms for our party and the kitchenette area downstairs was a lifesaver for trips back and forth from the beach. The place is comfortable and inviting in every way, very clean and the property owner provided genuine hospitality. We were close to restaurants and great shopping - which I think we enjoyed some of both everyday :) !The beds were comfortable and the furnishings created the perfect gathering spots. We would love to come back to create more memories!

BEWARE! PLACE IS FILTHY AND HAS COCKROACHES!!!!

This place is disgusting! Stayed there 3/30-4/6 and paid an outrageous amount of money for it because it was during spring break. She forgets to mention in her listing that there is a terrible musty/mildew smell in air and in bedding. There are dirt/dust piles all over, even used bandaid. Cobwebs and sand all over, not to mention dried urine all over toilet. Also, half of living room ceiling is water stained, which no doubt contains black mold, and the carpet is stained and patched all over. She really forgot to mention that there are COCKROACHES in her rental, also. We found 3 during our stay. The property manager laughed at me and offered to come out to spray when I called her up. I declined because I have 5 kids and did not want them subjected to the chemicals. We did find a roach spray in the closet, which tells us she knew the roaches were present. We spent $1,000 on groceries to get us through the week and were so grossed out by the roaches that we couldn't eat anything food that was stored there. We were afraid to even go in the kitchen! One of the roaches was an inch and a half long! The owner actually had the nerve to blame us for causing the cockroaches by leaving open food in the kitchen! Does she think that cockroaches hunt down food with their noses?? I asked for my cleaning fee and half of the grocery money, which would have been $500. She questioned how much I actually spent on them. I told her $400 from home and $600 at Winn Dixie down the road. Infact, at first she was apologetic and asked me what type of compensation I wanted. When I told her I wanted my cleaning fee refunded and 1/2 the groceries, her tone changed and she wasn't nice anymore. She was going to visit the property on Saturday after we checked out to see how her new cleaning crew was doing and get back to me about the compensation I asked for. On Sun I received an email stating that she refunded my cleaning fee and my reimbursable damage deposit. That was it! She didn't mention anything about the grocery money or even apologize. I don't care how much money she's put into this place since she bought it. She should not rent it out in the price range she is and she shouldn't lie in her listing. The owner can follow up with whatever excuses she wants to give about my complaints and make me out to be the bad person, but everything I wrote is 100% true. I have filed a complaint with VRBO and have submitted pictures, including the 3 cockroaches!

Owner response: THIS BREAKS MY HEART. My goal is to share my dream home with other's hoping they love it so much that they return year after year. This is our personal vacation home with our 5 kids. I would never have a home as described above. She doesn't reveal she waited 4 days to make a complaint. Once we were notified we responded immediately to address her complaints. Suspiciously we were denied taking care of any of them. Our house manager is 1 mile away. Response is immediate. She can be at the house within 10 minutes. We were not given the opportunity to rectify any of what is claimed above. If the house had been dirty/filthy we would have sent our housekeepers immediately back to the house to re clean the house. If the linens were musty/mildew within 5 minutes we could of had replacements there for them. We have never had issues with bugs and we haven't since this renter. As a traveler myself, if I entered a vacation home and it was as described above I would have been on the phone to management immediately to have everything taken care. She waited 4 days, complained, & then denied us rectifying the complaints. All in the same notice she wanted compensation & referred to writing a bad review (making me feel threatened of a bad review if I did not pay). She was not interested in allowing us to make this good for her she was only interested in money. Dust she claimed on the window sills, I had just personally repainted all the window sills before her arrival. Carpets & all sofas were just professionally cleaned. We treat regularly for bugs. After they supposedly caught live roaches they were then fearful of going in the kitchen and would not eat food that she admitted was all in sealed containers/packaging. After food travels from factory, to warehouse, to truck/train, to storage before going on shelves, to shopping cart, to check out counter, to bags to final destination, we all eat that food from sealed packaging/grocery stores so IF there were roaches & all food were sealed why would it be inedible? My manager was told $600 in food. She told me a $1000 in food. When asked about the difference $400 was added. I did ask her if food was left exposed to determine if I should pay her for any food. She told me ALL her food was sealed. All sealed food is edible & there is a 2nd kitchen in the house so she was not kitchenless. I refunded $750. I hope you read between her lines & then read the rest of our reviews you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kimberly

I can't get enough of this place! This was a return trip and it was just as wonderful as I remebered it. Cozy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone! My favorite thing, besides the beach of course, is its close proximity to everything. Great restaurants within walking distance and great shopping in just a short drive. With all the comforts of home AND the beautiful white beach.....this vacation home truly is hassle free!

Fabulous Beach Experience

Our first visit to Destin and my boyfriend Ken and I spent a marvelous and relaxed few days here at this beautifully appointed and spacious beach Town house. The location could not possibly have been more wonderful - a magnificent sea view, a mere stone's throw to our private little beach and from there a glorious expanse of sea and sand to the front, left and right - so immensely perfect for us to enjoy long walks, exercise and work out, throw the Frisbee and pursue our passion for photography. Within close walking distance good restaurants abound and shopping facilities and a Mall are in close proximity just a few miles drive away. The house is clean, well maintained and most tastefully furnished, rooms are large and it contains all the creature comforts of home. With three levels of living space, 2 functional kitchens and a beautiful large deck there is more than enough room to comfortably sleep and entertain a good sized crowd of people. Staying here amounts simply to an awesome beach experience – what a treat to say the least! Key words: location, space, views, comfort, value and affordability. What more could one possibly want?

After searching and searching for a house to accommodate my family for my beach wedding and reading all of the reviews for this house, I thought I had for sure found the perfect place. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I arrived and actually saw the house in person. Because I'm a "glass half full" kind of gal, let me first start with the positive-- Kimberly (owner) was very nice to work with. I did, however, have to email her asking for our arrival packet (which I was told I would receive one week prior to arrival). Diana (the house manager) was very accommodating, allowing us to drop off the wedding cake early. We had to call her several times and she was always available to take our calls. When I arrived to the house, a personal note awaited me at the door. I thought this was a nice touch. The beach view was out of this world. The large living room windows were really spectacular. Beach access was about as easy as you could possibly imagine; this was a huge plus. Deck was awesome, but please note that it is only partially covered. The layout of the three floors was superb and really allowed us to all spread out without being right on top of each other. Parking was extremely convenient and having four spots to utilize was nice. Now, on to the not so good-- Upon arrival, the smell of the cleaning chemicals used was so harsh that we could barely breath. The carpet was dingy and discolored. I must say that it is extremely weird to have carpet in a beach house. While I did see this in the above pictures before booking, I had no idea the home had as much carpet as it did. In my opinion, it makes the house feel extremely dingy. I would highly suggest that you remove the carpet and replace with tile. Speaking of dingy, this house could use a fresh coat of paint. There were many areas were the sheetrock was actually exposed on the walls...I'm talking visible holes in the wall (particularly in the living room by the door that leads out to the deck). Baseboards were dirty, dusty and scuffed up terribly. There were countless water spots throughout the home on the ceiling. Linoleum in downstairs bunk bed room was coming up. Again, why not tile? Closet in downstairs bedroom was spewing hot air (there was no roof in the closet?). Patio furniture was VERY rusty and not cozy/comfortable at all. Overall, this house felt dingy, dirty and drab. Unless major cosmetic improvements are made, unfortunately I will not be returning.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Owner response: I do appreciate your review. As for your concerns, Our children play games and have many friends camp out on the carpet. They find it more comfortable. I don’t like walking barefoot on carpets that feel grungy. It is important to me that they are clean. We keep the carpets vacuumed and professionally cleaned. I apologize for the 2 inch hole near the door. That happened while feeling the week spot in the sheet rock on 9/9/12. Renters were immediately coming in and we could not repair. It is on my list to do along with ceiling in the closet in the beach level bedroom which was a result of a pipe that broke also affecting linoleum floor. That also happened in Sept. The hole in closet was left open to dry and avoid mold/mildew. I didn’t think this would be an issue since it is in a closet. All of this will be repaired and complete before Jan 2013. 1/3 of the deck is partially covered because I do not want to block the awesome view you mention at the beginning of your review. As for patio furniture there was not a mention of the brand new 4 lounges and the 2 seated glider that are not rusted. Or the cushioned lounges on the master deck. As for the older furniture, rust is common at the beach. I have a glass top dining table on deck for clean dining. For example, I buy 2 new grills each season (April-Sept) due to the salt water and air causing so much rust. I am a new owner to this home. The first improvements I did were installing 2 brand new AC units which I moved from the beach deck to the street side of the house and added the oversized beach deck. I built the new master bedroom deck which sits above the living room where you did see water stains. Prior to repairing stains I want to make sure the $6,000 master bedroom deck has blocked all leaks. I immediately put over $25,000 into the house. With much more planned for the future. I am working on ideas to add additional shade to the shade that is already on the beach deck without blocking the view. As you mentioned, the beach view was out of this world, the large living room windows were really spectacular, beach access was about as easy as you could possibly imagine (this was a huge plus), and deck was awesome The layout of the three floors was superb and really allowed us to all spread out without being right on top of each other. Parking was extremely convenient and having four spots to utilize was nice. I do hope that you were able to make great memories during your stay. Thank you for your review. Kim

We really enjoyed the townhouse and would love to stay there again. Perfect location, very clean, great deck, very nice furnishings. We only have a few comments: 1) The bathroom off the 2nd BR upstairs is very dark, especially at night when no daylight can come through the skylight. Also, the tub in that bathroom is very slippery; would suggest some non-slip strips. 2) The beach-level BR was warm due to the open ceiling in the closet (open due to some AC repair issues); warm air flowed through that opening. 3) Kitchen refrigerator had a missing shelf in the door. Also, there was water dripping on the top shelf and pooling up. 4) Would like to see an exhaust fan in the half-bath on the main level. 5) An outlet cover on the wall in the 2nd floor BR was not attached. 6) Pocket door on beach-level bathroom wouldn't close. The shower curtain in that bathroom is too short, doesn't close completely. Also, the jets did not work in that tub.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Owner response: Thank you for sharing. All of you suggestions are helpful. We respond immediately to guests if our house manager or myself had been contacted we would have added a night light to the half bath, resecured the outlet cover in the 2nd bedroom upstairs (guests sometimes are rough pulling out cords.) I plan on changing outlets to four plugs, in bedrooms, for the convenience of electronics for guests. I apologize for the opening in beach level bedroom. Just before your arrival we had a major leak with a blocked pipe from A/C and I had all water and mess cleaned up and ready for your arrival. The decision to leave the ceiling open in the closet was to avoid mildew and mositure so it could dry completely and I could properly repair. This leads to the pocket door that does not close easily. The house is built on the sand/beach so there is constant movement..we are in the midst of redesigning this issue.The slippery tub is my first notification and your suggestion is good. I am excited about my plans for the main fridg. This is being moved to beach level to provide an extra full size in the galley kichen. The small frig will be replaced with a dishwasher..creating two refridgerators and two dishwashers in the house. Giving guests more conveneince for dishes coming off of the deck and beach and more storage for cold items. As for arm missing on the the lowest level of the fridg door this is a lost cause. I have had replacement parts shipped never receiving the correct arm. I am glad the house overall was a five star for your holiday and that you want to book again. As any home there will always be small things we can improve. I love this place it is my dream home and your suggestions are welcome and taken as advice that I will make improvements from. on your next visit please do not hesitate to contact us while you are there so we can take care of any issues you have big or small to make your stay even better. Beautiful Beach House

I honestly could not ask for more from a vacation rental. I felt incredibly special as I opened the front door and saw a personal greeting. I can tell the owner/manager likes to put forth the extra effort to make every visitor feel welcome. The location can not be beat. You literally walk from the back porch onto sand. Speaking of the porch, it is a great size and there is an outdoor table that is great for sunset dinners without getting sandy. I stayed in the beach level room and it was very comfortable. It was nice to have a full bathroom as well as a kitchen on the same level. I could certainly get accustomed to waking up to that view every morning! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious beach house right on the water.

Our private beach!

My husband and I and our sons and their families really enjoyed the private beach. We put up our tail-gate tent and umbrellas in the sand, and our young grandchildren played in the shade with their beach toys 'worry free' while the adults tanned! The photographs we took look like we had the ocean to ourselves with the privacy your beach house offers. So realaxing! We couldn't believe how close to all the restaurants and 'action' we were and yet how private the beach was. Thank you for a great vacation.

I knew I was in heaven From the minute I stepped into the front door of the foyer (with the personal greeting waiting for our family) and out onto the deck and into the sugar white sand. We had many storms during our visit and we sat in the living room with clear view of the beach. Kimberly's design of her deck allows full view of the beach from the living room level. The bottom deck is almost fully open to the sun. You might consider bringing a canopy for this if you have children that will be playing there for long periods of time. This was well worth it to have the view of the ocean from the living room instead of having a LR deck. I LOVED the furniture the master deck has on it. It was very comfortable. The townhouse was clean and as described. Lets just say there were no negatives with our stay :) We hope to stay again next year.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent stay for our first time to destin

we had an exceptional stay while in Dest and truly enjoyed stay at your house. The ability to have our own beach made it worth it. The property manager was very nice and everything was laid out perfectly for us. We had 13 people of which 6 were adults and the remaining were kids ranging from 5 to 21. It slept the families perfectly. The ability to easily retreat back to the house off the beach was very nice. I am gals you added the deck as stated in other reviews. The new deck was perfect for cooking out and visiting. We even got to use your new grill. Master bedroom has a great view as does every level. If any one else is looking at this place to stay you will not be dis-satisfied. I only wish we would have stayed a full week. We brought our own beach chairs and canopies for the beach which I would recommend to anyone since it is your personal beach unless you want to rent. Other places are very convenient to get to whether driving or walking. Thank you again and we look forward to coming back.

Great Vacation Rental

There were 7 adults and 1 child in our party and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was awesome and private so not crowded. There are 3 great restaurants within walking distance, Crab Trap, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's. Silver Springs Outlet Mall was close by and other attractions for the kids, go carts, parasailing, etc. The condo was roomy, clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. The bunk bed room was tight but functional. The deck was large enough to accommodate all of us. We grilled out several times including the fish the guys caught (red fish and spanish mackeral). The shower on the deck was nice, Master bedroom view and balcony was great. Saw the dauphins. The owner was friendly. The small kitchenette and living area on the beach level was nice for the adult kids and allowed each of us "our own space." We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach, several nice restaurants near by, lots of space for kids and adults both. The property manager was responsive and prompt to the only 2 concerns (minor) that we expressed. Everything was clean and neat when we checked in. Plenty of towels, pillows, glasses, cups, dishes, etc.Walking on the beach to the Crab Trap cor beers and oysters was really cool.

Awesome again. Deck is perfect. Does not obstruct the great view of the gulf and beach and dolphins. New a/c units blowing cold air. Looking forward to next spring break.

Gorgeous beach views from house, large deck with plenty of furniture, steps away from sugar white sandy beach. Quiet location, away from large crowds, even during Spring Break week. My four grandsons had a ball! And so did mom, dad, grandpa and grammy! Owner and manager both very responsive to our questions. Thumbs up, all around.

Kimberly - I realized that I had not sent our review and pictures from our Spring Break stay in March 2012. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and I wanted to tell you what a great time we had with our family in your home. The house was perfect - I could fall out the back door right onto the beach front and it close to all the activities. It accommodated all 16 family members and we still felt we had plenty of room. In addition, Brian and I had our wedding and reception at the Beach House. We originally planned to have it on the beach itself right off the deck, but a more than breezy day had us move it onto the deck. The larger deck you added made this possible and worked great - we still had a fabulous beach view, but we were out of the wind. The lower level of the house with the breakfast kitchen made a great reception area for the cake, food and drinks. The entire gang danced the night away on the deck in celebration. Brian and I, our family and guests all had a fabulous time and we created life long memories. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to a return stay in the future. wonderful beach place!

I spent my september break at this amazing beach place with my volley ball team we had a great time and had a ton of space so we were all comfortable. It was so nice being able to wake up in the morning and walk on to the beach. We played volley ball in the sand and layed in the sun we had a blast,great team bonding time and we hope we get to go next year! -Courtney

What a great beach getaway! The house is huge, clean and smack dab on the beach!!! This was my first time in Destin and will not be my last. Everything is so close, yet while at the house and on the beach, you feel much like you are on your own private island!!! The house had everything that you could think of... Even a coffee pot for each floor :) I would recommend this beach house to all of my friends and family.. You really feel like you are home there. I can't wait to go back!!!!

We had a group of 12 stay for 4 days. It was very nice and the beach was amazing. We had some downstairs plumbing issues and it was the weekend so that was not optimal HOWEVER it was taken care of promptly on Monday and we really appreaicated that! The views are amazing and a bigger porch would've been really nice. It was impossible for a group our size to all sit outside. There were a few bedroom lights and fans that did not work and I would reccomend fixing those. All in all my biggest drawback was not having a tub in the Master bath. Normally I could have used the downstairs tub but couldn't due to the plumbing issues. Once it was fixed the jacuzzi tub did not work so that was disappointing to me as I am a bath person and love to soak! Other than that it was a great stay. It was private and peaceful and I would recommend it to friends. We went to Destin to the Harbor walk and looked at the yachts and caught hermit crabs there. There were tons! We walked the beach at night and looked at the crabs with flashlights. The kids loved that and riding the waves. The shopping was also great! Thanks and we will be back next summer!!!

Owner response: Dear Shelly, I truly appreciate your input. As a brand new owner this is my first season owning my long time dream, A Beach House. We are getting all the tweaks out of the beach house as soon as we discover an issue. My goal is to be the nicest place in Green Reef. As for the larger deck, I agree with you what we have done is created beach dinners and beach parties even at night. A new larger deck would have been done in April when I purchased but do to "turtle season" I can not get a permit until Novemeber. I plan on immediately buidling a new and super large deck this Novemeber and my goal is to create a deck with ulitmate views of the beach and water. We have discussed intalling a jacuzzi on the deck, what are your thoughts? As you saw I just purchased a brand new front loader washer and dryer ($1700.00) and before the end of the year I will be adding a shower to the 1/2 bath on main floor making the house 4 full baths and creating a much nicer laundry room area.. lots of painting will go on this winter as well..downstairs will feel like a tropical get away with the upper levels being more elegant.. I am thrilled to hear you will be back next summer. When you know your dates let me know to avoid missing you choice of time.. I will have a special treat for you as a returning guest. We had a WONDERFUL time and loved your house! Two families with 5 kids and it worked out great. Loved the view and how close to beach. Two things we would have liked...Bigger deck (which you said you were working on) and another exit to the beach besides the only one on beach level. Just a door with steps leading down from main level would work... and wouldn't obstruct view. Besides that, it would be perfect!! Would recommend and will be back!

This was the first time we had the pleasure of staying in Destin and the first time at this property, What a treat, Gracious beach front living,,, we are used to being right on the beach, and this give you the beach right out the back door, with a private beach, that is never crowded, and easy to use in the day or gathering on the beach at night with friends. This is a clean , well kept and well appointed property and is definitively one we will use again, my wife and I are both seasoned travelers and this place is a keeper.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a beautiful escape from daily life! The Condo is much bigger than it appears from the street. With three levels of living space, there is room for 12 to 15 people comfortablely. It is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The full kitchen allows for meals at home and several great restaurants are within walking distance. There is even a great walking/running path along the beachside for anyone wanting to keep up with their work outs while vacationing! Great place and I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this beautiful townhome. It was truly a home away from home. Very spacious with lots of room for a large group. The view of the beautiful beach and water from the main floor living area is breathtaking. It was very convenient to be right on the beach especially with kids. As soon as you arrive you feel relaxed. I can't wait to go back and visit again.

We stayed with family and friends for one week in this wonderful condo! More than enough space for everyone and we were all very comfortable! The private beach was spectacular and cannot wait to spend another trip at this spot! We had a perfect week! Stayed at beach all day and cooked in 5 of 7 nights everything was well stocked and we fet right at home! Local restaraunts we visited were wonderful and Fresh Market was super close!!

I stayed in this beach house with family in celebration of my college graduation, and it was amazing! We were able to sleep a ton of people and everyone was extremely comfortable. I love that we could walk right off the porch into the sand - by far the best beach house I've stayed in! We even ate dinner on the beach under the stars by candlelight one night, and it was absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for a better vacation place!! THANK YOU!! Emily

We recently vacationed in this lovely townhome! The owner has been diligent in maintaining a vacation location for maximum comfort and beach experience as well as value and affordability. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well as having kitchen space on both levels was very functional. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious! We filled every bedroom with adults and teenagers and never felt cramped at all! All furniture is in great condition.The best part was the VIEW! We loved seeing the beautiful beach from the living room windows and the deck of the master bedroom. Out the back door we would go directly on to the deck and SAND! We ate at Crabb Trap; very good, but we mainly prepared meals in the townhome and enjoyed the location. Everything we needed was no more than 2 miles from this location. I certainly reccomend this as a vacation rental! I will be back!!

So nice to be RIGHT ON THE BEACH. If I didn't feel like going to the water, I could watch my family from the picture window on the main floor of the condo, or the balcony off the master bedroom or the deck on the beach level. Large rooms. Very comfortable and minutes from the Walmart, Beach stores, and tons of restaurants. We were just there during spring break and can't wait to do it again real soon. This was by far our family's best beach vacation yet!
