Our 1,345 sq ft condo features an extra large Screened Lanai, separate Great Room & Den, fantastic Dining Area with astonishing Gulf views, and an open concept fully equipped Kitchen with Tommy Bahama styled bar chairs. Relaxed Beach Decor continues in the spacious Master Bedroom with excellent Gulf views, and a Guest Bedroom with both Queen and Twin Beds decorated in a Seashell theme. With the Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Den, we comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The 3rd floor provides great unobstructed views of the beach and convenience to the clubhouse and heated swimming pool. Listen to the relaxing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, lightly breaking waves, seagulls, and gentle breezes. Watch the sunrise each morning or stroll down one of the three pathways to the beach to gather shells. Be sure to ask for Sundial K305.
Condo amenities: : Condo amenities include Central Air, Large Screened Lanai overlooking the beach with incredible views of the Gulf, 2 TV's, DVD & VCR players, Free high-speed Wireless Internet Access, Fully equipped Kitchen, Master Bedroom with Queen sized Bed, Guest Bedroom with a Queen and a Twin Bed, Queen size Sleeper Sofa, a Book Library, Toys and Games, Beach Chairs, a Stereo and CD Player, and fresh Linens and Towels. We also have beach umbrellas, fishing poles, sand toys and floats, and there is a pack and play for infant and toddler use as well.
Sundial Amenities:: Sundial amenities include a heated swimming pool with gulf views, shuffleboard courts, gas grills, and elevators. Additional amenities are available for a daily per person guest fee. Sundial sits directly on Sanibel's beautiful White-sandy Beaches with World-famous Shelling. Separately purchased amenity card ($25 / person / day), includes use of the main swimming pool , chairs, pool towels, access to restaurant and pool bar, cabanas (separate fee), umbrellas (separate fee), tennis (pay to play). Also Water sports, Explorer Kid's Club (ages 4 -12) pay per activities are available based on seasonality. Access to the Dunes Championship Golf Course is also included with the amenity card.
