Just a short walk to the beach,about 200 yards, our wonderful beach home is a fabulous setting for your next getaway! Located on the 12th tee, you will have views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course as well as a lagoon view from most rooms as well as from your own private pool and deck area.
Enter into our home and you will be delighted, not only by the beautiful golf and lake views but this year we have updated everything. New blinds, a new kitchen, new carpet, new decking, and freshly painted interior walls!
Our spacious and open living room has two sofas, two chairs, TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo, and view of the golf course and lake. A breakfast table seating four and large, newly remodeled kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and appointments are directly off the living area.
From the living room, there is a spiral staircase leading to a loft area/bedroom furnished with two single daybeds which the children in the group will love!
On the main floor there is also a family room with a pull-out sofa bed, loveseat, chair, TV/VCR, and stereo with tape/CD player. Doors have been added so this room can be closed off for privacy and used as a bedroom. The dining room adjoins with seating for six. A half bath is located off the family room and adjacent is a full bath/laundry room with tub/shower combination.
On the second level we have four additional bedrooms. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination is shared by the twin and queen-size bedroom. The third at the end of the hallway is the master suite with a king-size bed, two chairs, TV, and decorative fireplace with an enclosed deck overlooking the golf course. The large, private bathroom has a double shower and jetted jacuzzi tub.
The second master suite has a king-size bed with chair, TV, and VCR. The private bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The large, two-level deck, propane grill, and pool make this the perfect vacation getaway for your family. If you are looking for a great house to stay in while on Hilton Head, you have found it!
* Pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge. Pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated separately.
