This property is very beautiful with vista views from all rooms. High use has left this property slightly subpar which is probably why it's up for sale. Plumbing/toilets backed up on all floors, Internet sporadic at best, stereo speakers downstairs were blown and crackly, bathroom faucets need replacing in tub and sinks, entire property is not available for use, owners quarters take up a few rooms as well as garage. The view is breathtaking but be prepared at this altitude to have some sleepless nights as the air is much thinner than in town. This property will not sleep number it states unless you are willing to sleep in small spaces with mattresses on floor. It was enough space for 14 ppl but not much more, unless all are couples. The property is wonderful and would be top notch with some maintenance. Cleaning service comes every few days but good idea to bring wash detergent to clean towels. Kitchen is great and no reason to leave to eat anywhere else. Floors are heated which is nice when the temperature dips down. The game room downstairs is great for nighttime activities. hotub was awesome but the grill outside needs the gas burners replaced as well as the jennair cooktop in kitchen needs new burner inserts.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
