Home has a spacious two-car garage and area with a washer and dryer. Home is across the street from Mira Costa High School where most of the children on this street attend Manhattan Beach schools.
Artesia Blvd. is a major artery in Redondo Beach and is the fastest way to jump onto the freeway in the South Bay. You are steps away from everything you need from Starbucks, supermarkets, local surf shops, dining, and a major shopping mall.
Across Artesia Blvd is Manhattan Beach to the north and next street to the west is Hermosa Beach which is why the area is called the Golden Triangle.
