Unit has been recently updated with contemporary styling for your upgraded experience this summer! Everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation is already here, just back your bags and show up!
All kitchen ammenities are available as well as a gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen tv and dvd player. The first bathroom is a full bath and is located down the hall from the Master bedroom. The second bedroom is a loft, and features its own bathroom with shower, as well as a full-size bunk bed with a twin trundle.
The living room faces the lake and features a flat screen TV, DVD, and speakers for your IPod. Lake Chelan Shores has fabulous ammenties (basketball court, tennis courts, raquetball, swimming pools, outdoor barbeques, volleyball, etc.)for the whole family, you don't even need to leave the complex to have your dream vacation.
This particular unit comes with the use of his and her road bikes and a 3 person kayak, at no additional charge! Want to bring your boat? There is a bouy also available for no extra charge for boats 26' and under.
PLEASE NOTE: During summer months, mid June, July and through the end of August, there is a minimum 7 night stay required. Generally this is a Saturday-Saturday reservation.

I just got back from a week in Chelan staying in this unit. The unit, location and service were all top flight. A few more details below... The unit--was every bit as good as is represented. In fact the view and location within the complex is better than I expected. The unit is within about 50 feet of the water and has a completely unobstructed view. Everything is new, in great condition, nicely decorated and well equipped. Also, worth noting that it is 1.75 bath, not 1.5 as listed. There is a full bath with tub and two sinks on the main level and a 3/4 bath in the loft. The location--is just a couple of miles up lake from the town of Chelan. About five minutes by car or boat. The great part of being just a little ways from town is that it's quiet and if you are a wakeboarder you have usable water right off your buoy. If you are right in town you have to drive up lake to find boardable/skiable water. The views are exceptional and the sunsets fantastic. Also, it is incredibly quiet at night. The service--Kristin was a pleasure to deal with and the staff at the complex is very friendly and helpful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We’re just finishing up our stay at this unit in Lake Chelan Shores and couldn’t be happier. The unit is perfect: it has a deck with a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor barbeque, and plenty of space. Best of all, it’s been updated with new carpet, furniture, appliances, etc., including two flat screen TVs. And the property overall has everything you might need: tennis, gym, pools, hot tub, movies, etc - all included. They even fill your gas tank for the bbq. We highly recommend this owner and their unit. Many thanks for a great vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Chelan:
My family and I chose to buy this unit at The Shores when our children where little so that we would have a place to get away for family memories, as well as a place to go for 'Girls Weekend at the Wineries' and romantic couple time. Chelan is a great destination for a spa weekend, boating on the lake, or just soaking up the sun. We have loved our unit over the years and are excited to share it with you as well!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Location is key here - this unit has such a breath taking view, and being in the front row of this lake front complex can be very private and serene.
We really love the ammenities of the complex, so much to do for everyone. In addition, down town Chelan is just minutes away and has plenty of boutique shopping, cozy restaurants, the historic Ruby Theater as well as day spa options. It doesnt hurt that there are so many wineries to choose from within such a close range!
