This bright 2 BR, 2.5 bath end unit townhome in Shipyard Plantation is only a short 15 minute walk or 5 min bike ride to the Shipyard beach access. It is also a short 5 min drive to Coligny Plaza.
Each room is spacious with a bright beachy theme throughout the living area and the adjoining dining area. There is an armoire housing the TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area adds to the sleeping capacity. Outside the living area is a large patio area with a grill, overlooking the lagoon and golf course fairway.
