Located in the master planned community of Walden, this luxurious and beautifully updated/modern lakefront condo overlooks Lake Conroe and the Walden Marina and Yacht Club.

THE CONDO WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND UPDATED! (details below) This condo is on the third (top) floor of the building allowing for high/open ceilings and phenomenal panoramic views of the lake. The condo is lakefront and steps away from the water! Would you like to fish, but don’t have a boat? No problem – fish directly off the recently rebuilt and new piers in front of and next to the condo! One can park their boat/jet-skis directly in front of the condo during your stay for quick/easy access to the lake. NOTE: You would need to make arrangements in advance (fees apply) for launching your boat and for your trailer storage as no trailers are allowed on the Harbour Village parking lots at any time. There are several marinas in the area - I recommend LakeView Marina. If you need to rent a boat while visiting Lake Conroe, I recommend Nauti-Dayz boat rentals off of Hwy 105.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, wall mounted LCD TV, and an iPhone/iPod clock/radio. The downstairs guest bedroom also has a wall mounted LCD TV, a private bathroom and a queen-size Murphy bed that folds up when not in use to allow for the room to be used for games, reading, watching TV, etc. The two bedrooms in the loft have a total of three twin-size beds and share a third private bathroom and LCD TV upstairs. The couch also makes a very comfortable twin-bed setup and there is room in the loft and living room area for air mattresses (not provided) for additional guests. Each sleeping area has luxurious sheets, comforters or blankets and fluffy pillows. One of the key features of this condo is the fact that it has THREE FULL bathrooms to accommodate large families.
Almost everything in each and every room is NEW! The full kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, fixtures, water treatment system, new cabinets and lighting. There is also a large capacity stacked washer and dryer in the unit, which was added as a part of the renovations. Most condos in this area do NOT have in-unit washers and dryers. The first level has all porcelain tile throughout the condo and balcony and the loft area has porcelain tile and Berber carpet. Three of the four bedrooms have LCD flat-panel TVs as does the living room – each with access to 150+ DirecTV local/national/premium channels. There is also a DVD player in the living room. The condo has Wi-Fi broadband access for (complimentary) use during your stay. There are two electric fireplaces in the condo – one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The nice feature of electric is that it allows for the ambiance of a fireplace glow without the ‘heat affect’ during the summer months. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo. The condo also has a high-output central heat and AC systems for year-round comfort.
Enjoy one of the best and most modern/updated waterfront condos on Lake Conroe. We have all the amenities one could ask for and more! There are dozens of restaurants, theatres, shops, wine tasting tours and vineyards, and attractions within a short driving distance.
You will also have access to Walden Yacht Club featuring gourmet dining overlooking the lake, poolside service, and a great Sunday Brunch! The Yacht Club's competition size pool, playground, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Walden Racquet Club’s tennis courts and weight room are just a short drive from the condo. A paved 2.1 mile 'hike-and-bike' trail runs in front of the complex. There are several convenience stores in Walden within a few minutes of the condo. There is also a Wal-Mart and Walgreens (& RedBox) less than ten minutes away on the corner of Hwy 105 and Walden Rd.
Outside of the Walden area, there are plenty of golf courses, National Forests, shopping at The Conroe Outlet Mall and The Woodlands Mall as well as several antique shops nearby. Space Center Houston and Kemah are within driving distance from the resort.
This condo is a great place for families/friends to getaway together and enjoy the 'Lake Life' for a weekend or longer vacations. You will love the relaxing environment this resort has to offer. No large/loud parties please...

Our experience was a positive one. The photos did accurately reflect the rental's appearance. The property was clean and very well maintained. We had a couple hiccups but they were addressed by the owner in a timely manner. I would definately recommend this property and my family will be staying there again in the near future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I absolutely have no complaints when it comes to the condo or the owner. The location is easy to get to and provides great amenities. We had brunch at the Yacht Club on Easter and watched boaters while sitting on the edge of the lake. There's also a swimming pool, a playground, and convenience stores close by. The condo itself is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony early mornings and late evenings just to enjoy the views. The beds are so comfortable and there was plenty of space for all five of us to be together without feeling the least bit crowded. No one wanted to leave and we've had requests from the kids to stay there again. The rental process was also a breeze. We use VRBO a lot and this was the smoothest transaction I've experienced. Jim is prompt, courteous, and professional. So if you need or want a getaway with absolute stunning views and be right on the water, let me recommend this place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed at the above property in November, 2011. We found this delightful property to exceed the description/photos on VRBO. The property was spotless upon arrival, and very welcoming. It is very well maintained, and has been recently refurbished. We arrived after dark so didnt see the breath taking view from the living area until the morning - wow! So didn't want to go home. Montgomery is an idylic location - seemed like we were in a world of our own. Tranquil! Some days we wandered around the local area, and others we took the car out to explore abit further - perfect! Saw some of the local wildlife: white heron! deer not to mention an armadillo! The owner of the property was most helpful in making the reservation, and provided us with a property guide prior to our holiday - really helpful. The owner also checked we had arrived safely and that everything was OK - most considerate. Would highly recommend this property for a holiday. Thank you :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

What a fantastic experience! The condo is better than the listing describes. We had 7 people stay very comfortably in this immaculate waterfront condo. It was quiet, scenic, and very well appointed! We made use of the condos pool and the yacht clubs pool, bar and grill. Drinks there were very reasonable and the food was generous and delicious. The condo has put in new docks and we tied up our boat there each night with no problems whatsoever. The owners went out of their way to accomodate us in our arrival and departure schedule. In addition, they stayed in contact with us before, during and after our stay. Their level of guest service and genuine concern is the exception to the rule and is extraordinary. We would recommend this experience to anyone. ( As an aside, we parked one vehicle and our boat trailer at the Lakeview Marina on SH105 about 15 minutes away for our entire stay and it was very convenient...about a 20 minute boat ride from the condo. Those at Lakeview were also fantastic. It's about $10 a day to park there and launch from their marina. )Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo is very nice! The owners are even nicer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We thought we left some jewelry there & the owners offered to make a special trip out just to look for them. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was lovely with every amenity I would expect and more. Our family of four and our friends family of three had plenty of space to spread and do our own activities or get together. Our teenagers particularly liked the mounted LCD TVs when they were in after a fun day of fishing and jet skiing at the beautiful lake. I enjoyed being able to watch from the covered balcony. The beautiful kitchen and laundry were particularly convenient for me as a mom. We will definitely be back. There was so much the area offered that we haven't tried yet.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and clean. Stayed with a large group and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The view from the balcony can't be beat. The three bathrooms are perfect for a large group. This condo is beautiful and so comfortable. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. You can dock your boat or jet ski right in front of the condo. Great view. Loved to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. My daughter loved the rooms upstairs. Would definitely go again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
