The photos were encouraging, but the home itself and the setting exceeded our expectations. We had a great family experience at our Zion Mountain Villa. Thank you both for helping make this possible. We thoroughly enjoyed the home -- with its 14 bar stools in the kitchen, the high ceilings, magnificent picture windows looking out at the canyon below. and the theater (which was unexpected)! From our perspective there were NO problems. Everything age group had a great experience; everything worked; all the codes & information were exactly what we needed; and our family fit very comfortably into each bedroom & bath. Thank you very much. Expect us back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

All the photos and videos could not prepare us to just how gorgeous this home is. The kitchen is truly amazing. Every person in our group was speechless when they arrived. All the full windows along the back made for AMAZING views. This place was the perfect home base for our canyoneering trip in Zion. Easy and quick access to the Narrows trailhead for top down hike, Mystery Canyon, and even Keyhole and Pine Creek. The overlook trail is a must.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property is as advertised.... and in a word "glorious". We had 19 family members with a mix of ages and all enjoyed their stay. The kitchen is a true highlight since as we all know, kitchens are a gathering spot. The counter and the seating around it are the perfect gathering spot for conversation and just plain hanging out. The patio is expansive and made for wonderful star gazing as a group in the cool evenings of summer. I would recomend this property for anyone looking for a large facility for all ages.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

If you are looking for a terrific house with peace and quiet yet access to to all the parks then this is it. The trip to Zion Visitor Center is about 30 minutes but a very beautiful drive every time. The space indoors and outdoors is over-the-top in a good way! The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the central areas of the house including the kitchen, living room and theatre are great spaces for the group to mingle and socialize. Of the 16 people who stayed there this past week nobody had anything bad to say about the place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We spent one weekend up at this fabulous home. It was unbelieveable! We went up for an office retreat and had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for everyone, the view was amazing and Zion is a hop, skip and jump away. We are planning on spending a weekend up there every year as a get away. The people are so accomodating and friendly. They came right over when we didn't have any ice. The theatre is a great feature! I could go on and on about the home. Thank you for sharing your wonderful Villa with us. We would definately recommend this to anyone who is looking for a georgeous home with fantastic views and relaxing atmosphere.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My extended family (22 people) enjoyed the most unforgettable get-away at this home in Zion Ridge. We were all super excited to go because of the photos online but upon arriving we were totally blown away. This house is amazing! The sheer size is incredible, not to mention the immaculate attention to detail and decor. This was definitely furnished by a professional. It has something for everyone. The playground with the soft rubber ground cover, over sized fire pit, kitchen and master bedroom/bath to die for and a theater room that should not be missed. I could go on and on. What an experience. We are already scheduling our return visit. Thank you to the owners for sharing their little piece of paradise. P.S. The pool and hot tub at Zion Ponderosa were a great addition, however, we didn't use any of the other facilities because no one wanted to leave the house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
