  This is our second stay and as usual the place is top notch. We stayed last year for our anniversary and are back this year to celebrate again. Only complaint is the bed is too hard and uncomfortable. We can feel the steel reinforcement and springs of the mattress. The mattress needs to be upgraded to match the quality of the unit.

  We loved our stay at this condo! The balcony was great, and we spent every day and evening on it. My girls enjoyed the pool which was within a short walking distance. I would agree that the bed wasn't overly comfortable, but the other comforts and amenities made that not as noticeable. The only issue that we ran into was that we weren't able to use the shuttle to the beach because we didn't have a card to access that. I wasn't sure how to relay this information to the owner, but we would definitely be back! Thank you!!

  Owner response: We are always grateful to receive feedback from our renters. We had taken initial steps to address the mattress comfortability concerns brought up in a previous review. We will continue to monitor on an on-going basis in order to provide our guests with a comfortable bedding experience. At this time, the third party shuttle service is not being offered as part of our condo unit rental. We have considered purchasing the shuttle service however we wish to provide our guests with the most competitive and affordable rates possible. We will periodically revisit the option of adding this service in the future.

  We stay in Sandestin every year in November or December. This year we chose this condo because of the great rate that was offered. The condo was in a good location, has a good view, and is adequately furnished. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The mattress in the bedroom however was horrible. The mattress feels like it has broken springs in it. Neither my wife or myself got a decent night sleep during our entire stay. I emailed the owner after our stay and addressed the mattress problem, and she did not bother to write me back. I would choose another condo unless the owner replaces the mattress.

  The unit exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the balcony was large and had a nice view of the marina. The grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed our walks around the resort. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo and we hope to return in 2013! P.S. We had a wonderful lunch at George's near Rosemary Beach and their other restaurant La Cocina.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Great location, easy to get to the wharf. Clean, up to date appliances, large deck with private view. Had two flat screen tv's that made for great football watching. Would definitely return. The only thing negative would be the parking. If you drive a large car or truck the spaces are narrow, but that has nothing to do with the owners. Thanks so much for offering your place....Enjoyed it!!

  Condo was great! We've made several trips to the SanDestin Resort and this was one of the nicest we've stayed in. I enjoyed the balcony and the convenient location.
