This two story villa offers the privacy of a standalone house with no one above or below you. The living space down stairs offers a separate dining area and living area with a bathroom for your guests to use. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and an additional bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool off the master bedroom. The unit sleeps two adults in a queen bed in the master and two adults in twin beds in the second bedroom. The roof top deck is great for sun bathing or enjoying a drink at sunset.
Pomas is conveniently located 15 minutes walking distance to town, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a local small grocery store within 5 minutes walk. Bike rentals are readily availiable in the area. La Dolce Vida is a nice Italian restaurant located right inside the development and offers wireless Internet. Cafe de Playa and the Pacifico Beach Club are great restaurants located right on the beach and very close to the unit. Pomas 6 is a great place for those looking for monthly stays or short stays not wanting to rent a car!

My family loved loved this villa! And I especially loved the price - plus, it was close enough to town and the beach that we didn't have to rent a car. The shopping and restaurants in Mapache village were super convenient. Two thumbs up!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We absolutely loved this villa. It was super close to the beach and downtown. Everything was new and we got lots of use out of the outdoor BBQ. Will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About: We are the Wolfes of Costa Rica, Chris and Judy from North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada. We first came to Costa Rica on a tour in 2007 for our anniversary and enjoyed the country so much we came back in 2010 to buy our future retirement property.

We chose Costa Rica because the people are friendly and the country is beautiful.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The condo is one of a 12 unit complex that has a beautifully maintained court yard, pool area that is a great place to go for a nice refreshing swim, work on your tan and relax while you bird watch and listen to the waves crash on the beach.
Coco beach is only 200 steps away. You can’t beat Costa Rica for it’s diversity of beaches and there are many in the area that are close by for your enjoyment.
Playa del Coco is a great place to stay because of the convenience and amenities. The Liberia airport is only a half an hour away. There are many banks, pharmacies, grocery, and convenience stores. There are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from with great food and drinks, a Casino to try your luck, and shops to pick up your souvenirs to take home. There is much to do and see in Coco and the night-life is great.
There is an abundance of activities that you can do on your own and some could be booked with the many tour shops in Coco. You could go snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, rafting, ATVing, hiking, horse back riding, zip-lining, golfing, kayaking, sailing, boating, jet skiing, surfing, mountain biking, just to name a few. There are various zoos, ecological and nature preserve tours, waterfall tours, volcano tours, hot springs and spas. It is all waiting for you to explore.
Come to Coco. You won’t want to go home!
