The living room of this deluxe condo has 17 feet of glass looking over the beach, ocean and pool - almost twice as much as any regular 2 bedroom condo in the complex. The views are spectacular - you can watch the dolphins swim by from every room, including the kitchen, and with the way the beds are arranged you do not even have to get up if they come early.
The master bath has a large Jacuzzi, and there is an indoor pool elsewhere on the property with a large hot tub for the whole family. The kitchen was recently totally renovated and enlarged. It has over one third more counter and floor space than the original. Last year, new bath and shower units were installed, this year there is new bedroom and living room furniture and one bathroom was totally renovated.
The electronics are up to date with 3 flat screen TV's (46' and 32'), all with cable; Blu-ray and regular DVD players; basic Wii; Wi-Fi and I-pod players/chargers. And, for when you have seen and played enough, the beds have pillow-top mattresses.
The St. Regis includes an exercise room with sauna, tennis and basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a game room and beautiful landscaping. Combined with this deluxe condo you are set for a truly deluxe vacation.
One final point - I clean the condo myself every week, so it is almost :) spotless.

The photos don't do it justice! I spent a week here with some friends and it was exactly what you would want in a beach vacation. We enjoyed the perfect mix of relaxation and activities, and everything about the way this place is set up made that even better. The beach itself is beautiful and steps from the condo, the appliances are up to date, the beds were great, it's all very well done. The owner also lets the beach speak for itself, staying away from kitschy decorations and allowing you instead to focus on the floor-to-ceiling view of the ocean. Phenomenal! Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The view is incredible. The condo is very spacious and up to date. Ceramic tile througout the condo (exception is 2nd bedroom carpet). This is a true rental by owner; no rental agency. The owner personally cleans the unit between each rental.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We checked in Saturday afternoon and fell in love with the Island , The condo balcony was the the perfect start to every morning , Watching the Fishermen bring in their Daily catch ( My Dinner ) loved the fresh fish markets . and the Dolphins would follow the boats (beautiful) .. the condo was nice and great kitchen too cook in ( very Well equipped ) The Master bedroom is the one we used and the Pillow top Mattress was just like home . I have to say I couldnt have ask for a better Vacation . Hope to return soon .Stu and Rachel RisplerRecommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this beautiful condo about 5 yrs ago ~ we haven't booked any other in Topsail since then!! We come back every year..same time..same place. Every year Steve, the owner, seems to have something different for us to look forward to though! He knows exactly what we need and always asks for suggestions/ideas for improvement...I never think it can get any better, but on our most recent stay this year...it was even better than ever!! So many updates from furniture..to appliances and much, much more! We have seen many of the other condos in the building from meeting people on the beach...not one has even come close to this one..and everyone who comes in to see ours is amazed (and jealous) at how clean it is, the gorgeous views, tile floors, flat screen TV's, the Wii, the furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and well, basically everything is top notch!! Most of the other condos we've seen are carpeted, dark, and filled with beachy knick knacks. In this condo, however, the views do all the talking...the condo is bright and open, extremely clean and simply relaxing. Perfect location right off the elevator..and having 2 teenagers now..we can sit out on the balcony and watch them at the outdoor pool too! Thank you Steve for all you do ..and to all of those looking for the perfect place to relax and enjoy..look no further. THIS IS IT!! Enjoy!Owner response: Thanks so much. We spent 5 fantastic nights in this perfect 2br/2bath condo in North Topsail Beach. The views from the balcony are breath taking and the amenities are spot on. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner on our arrival, and he was very nice and shared some great local knowledge. I highly recommend this condo if you are going to stay in NTB.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from our very first beach vacation, and it was wonderful. This condo exceeded our expectations. The listing description was very accurate, photos shown didn't do justice for the unit. It is far better in person. The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, making us aware of "quirks" and basically making sure we had enjoyable time. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great condo on a fantasic beach. It was a very short walk to the beach and pool. The elevator is right outside the door which is very convenient for packing/unpacking luggage, toting your stuff to the beach etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, which we did the majority of our time there. The unit was clean, and everything was up to date, including the electronics. Again, I highly recommend this condo. We are already planning on staying again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We would like to thank you for allowing our family to stay at your wonderful condo. It was the perfect fit for our family of four...... We looked at several different units while we were here and this is the best. My boys are 13 & 15 years old and they both learned how to surf this week. We've just returned from our first stay at the condo and hope that we'll return again soon. From the minute you walk in to the unit you know you are at the beach. The views of the ocean are terrific and can be found in every room. I also loved the balcony with it's comfy chairs, and wonderful views of the pool and ocean. Much time was spent there relaxing and reading, which is why I come to the beach. The condo is perfectly comfortable as well, with a well equipped kitchen, upgraded baths, and nice bedrooms. I also loved the location of the unit within St. Regis. You can walk right out your front door to the elevator and with in a few moments and a few steps you are on the beach. It's also a perfect beach for walking with lovely views, and an uncrowded feel to it. I took the walk the owner mentioned to the end of the island toward the Inlet and it's absolutely one of the best beach walks I've ever taken. I appreciate the owners positive attitude and helpfulness with everything. He was completely responsive to all requests and just couldn't have been any nicer. Thank you Steve for everything and we hope to visit again soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach:
I fell in love with this condo because of its spaciousness and wonderful views. Most of the deluxe units are 3 bedroom, but a few, like mine, have only 2 bedrooms and therefore an extra wide living room. At almost 1,300 sf, it is 200 sf larger than the regular 2 BR units and also, it is closer to the beach than any of them. Being on the 3rd floor it is high enough to see over the 15 ft dunes and see the beach - even at high tide.
As an added benefit the landscaping adds to the natural beauty, especially the oleanders and the rose bushes in bloom from April to Oct - through Jan this year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I live in the condo 8 months a year and still get a thrill when a dolphin leaps out of the water, or when a dozen pelicans glide by 100 feet away, or when a flight of helicopters and/or VTOL planes fron Camp Lejeune go by 2-300 yds away.
I also still enjoy the mile walk to the North end of the island and especially the next mile 'inland' across the island, and partially up the New River Inlet. This route
borders the bird sanctuary, skirts the salt marshes and causes hundreds of fiddler crabs (they are small and cute) to scuttle out of the way.
