About the owner: We bought this home and completely renovated it. Last year was the first year we rented it out. There is a small association beach only 11 houses away. We live an hour and 1/2 away and have enjoyed vacationing in Falmouth for many years. We own timeshare and love the area.
Why the Owner Chose East Falmouth: This property was our first choice because of the location, We can take our grandchildren to the beach without packing up the car. There are so many great restaurants and shops. In fact Mashpee Commons is only 3 miles away. Having a getaway less than a 1/2 hour from the bridge makes it very appealing. We'd would rather be at the beach then sitting on Rte 6 traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Convenience is the number one benefit to our home. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We have everything you may need at the house except you would supply the sheets and towels.
We have a stackable energy efficient washer and dryer for your use. We moved it to the small bedroom for your convenience instead of lugging laundry down to the basement. There is a level back yard with a gas grill, beach chairs, deck furniture and picnic table, as well as an outdoor shower. The beach chair stroller allows you to walk only 11 houses to the association beach. If you want to go to the Falmouth public beaches they are convenient as well within a mile or 2 will get you to them.
