Condo Unit at Seawatch Inn at the Landing on Murrell's Inlet
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:No
This is the best of all worlds. It's out of some of the busy traffic of Myrtle Beach, but it's convenient to drive into the attractions/entertainment at night. You can walk or drive to the ocean--it's just a block and a half. The pier is right there for food, drink, restrooms and fishing. If it gets too hot, it's nice to sit under it. The condo is a relaxing place to sit on the screened in patio and overlook the pool and inlet. There is fishing in the inlet as well as crabbing/shrimping. There is a tv in the livingroom and the master bedroom. Enjoy cooking in the cute little kitchen. The washer and dryer are right in the unit plus you have a dishwasher too. We have found this to be a good family place and have owned it about 10 years now. Don't miss out on the hot tub also. You will have linens and instead of washing them, one time a week, you can turn them in for clean ones. The jack and jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms. There is a bathroom just down the steps by the pool if you need an extra. We picked out the livingroom furniture just 2 years ago and it goes with the overall nautical theme. The sofa bed is queen size and comfortable if you need it.

The above unit was more than I expected. Everything needed for a great vacaction in Garden City,SC. Close to everything. The unit was very clean, the nautical decor was very pleasing. I had the unit for eight days. I enjoyed every minute. The inlet view, the wonderful staff, the owners all great. I'll be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: We've been married 34 years and I'm a young at heart retired elementary teacher, still subbing. My husband has worked in sales for the same company for over 35 years. We have a fabulous son who works in Denver, CO. We are dachshund lovers and have 2 sweeties, Oscar and Frankie. We love the Myrtle Beach, Garden City area and visit at least 3 times a year.
Why the Owner Chose Garden City Beach:
We fell in love with the area the moment we saw it. We love the assessibility to the ocean and pier, the view of the inlet when the tide is in, the boardwalk over the inlet for walking, and the fact that we can easily drive to Broadway at the Beach, Malls, Theaters, Outlets, and Murrell's Inlet for great food. It's the perfect getaway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love Painters Ice Cream. It's located by the pier and on 17. We like the zoo. It's a lot different from the zoos in Ohio that we have been to. Brookgreen Gardens is just beautiful and a great place for adults to enjoy. It's just south of us and a fun day for adults especially. You can't go home without visiting Drunken Jacks at Murrell's Inlet, but get there early because it gets crowded. My husband hates to go, but I love the Tanger Outlets. There are 2 to chose from. With your GPS, you won't have trouble finding any of the fun places in the area. The new ferriswheel will be done this summer. It's in downtown Myrtle by the boardwalk. It is going to huge and you will look over the ocean when you ride it. Did I mention the 2nd street pier at the boardwalk? We really enjoyed lunch there. They're making it a bit more upscale than the others we've visited. Be sure to walk the new boardwalk. It's about 14 blocks overlooking the ocean. There's so much to enjoy at the condo and easy assess away from the condo, you'll really enjoy your stay.
