Three-story townhome in a small complex with a pool, parking for 2 cars, and only 2.5 blocks to the beach on the ocean side. Located just north of the Town of Dewey and just south of Rehoboth’s Silver Lake. Near a Jolly Trolley stop. Comfortably sleeps six people. The first floor is a combined kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. The second floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bath. The top floor is a large room with 2 double beds. There is a sink, large closet, and a balcony up there as well. It is a non-smoking, no pets, and non-raucous party home. There is a curfew on the pool hours and a security patrol. We welcome quiet, clean folks who will treat our home as it was theirs.
