Steps to the beach make it easy to run back for lunch or potty breaks.
This Non-Smoking Home is ready for baby with a crib and high chair in place. The master suite has private master bath. Four bedrooms downstairs, a full bedroom and a queen bedroom share an adjoining full bath, a set of bunks and a day bed in the third bedroom, and another set of bunks in the last bedroom. There are also two queen-size sofa beds. There are two full baths downstairs and two upstairs, full-size washer and dryer in the house and an outside shower. Kitchen is fully-equipped, new refrigerator and new stove, coffeemaker, blender, microwave.

Walking distance from the house, even with small children. This small playground has the best view in town!
Small market that has all the essentials and lots of great prepared foods.
A TI gem! Fabulous coffee and fresh baked goods daily. They are worth the walk for lunch too, with great bread and creative deli sandwiches.

Great House for our Large Family

We found this house to be the perfect place for our family to spend our two week vacation in Sea Isle City. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed (we did supply our own sheets.) It was close enough to the beach to make trips back to the house very convenient even with very small children. Our party numbered 15 - my husband, our six grown children, two spouses, five grandchildren and myself. There was plenty of sleeping room and enough space for all of us to eat meals together. We also appreciated the four full bathrooms. The house is located in a very quiet part of Sea Isle, so it may not be right for those seeking walking access to the clubs and bars. However, for our group it was a great fit. The beach is lifeguard protected, but was never crowded. There is a grocery store and a small playground within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this house to those seeking a vacation house which can accomodate a fairly large group of people and has a beach block location at a reasonable rental price.
