  My husband and I just spent 12 wonderful days in Kauai. We're avid hiking enthusiasts and Kauai didn't disappoint. No annoying insects, spectaculars views and terrific weather. The studio was exactly as described, clean and well decorated. The grounds are well maintained with a great beach just steps away. Booking was extremely simple and stress free. The resort location is very central for hiking and beaches. There are lots of opportunity for shopping and dining for folks that enjoy those activities as well. We had to come home for a rest....til next time! Thanks again, Christine and Don

  The suite was clean and cozy. In a good location. Loved the ocean view and the fact we were steps away from it. Would most definitely stay at this unit again when we get a chance to go back to Kauai. Reservation process was hassle free. Thank-you Don and Christina for having us!

  my wife enjoyed our stay in your clean, quiet, nice view, spacious condo. sweet deal and we will surely be back as well as spread the word of your place. sweet location as well. nice people working at the Islander on the Beach. sweet beach out front and nice walking path. safe environment.

  We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this centrally located condo. The resort has lovely grounds and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. We had a view of the pool and the ocean and the advantages of an end unit (less noise)and a good rate. Reservations were easy to make and frequent contact with Don and Christina helped us prepare for our stay. We will be back!

  I consider myself the Type A personality...I'm VERY picky about things being clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were on a budget when we came to Kauai for the first time...and I searched the Internet for, not kidding, hundreds of hours looking for places to stay. I couldn't believe that THE MOST INEXPENSIVE place I found would have ended up being one of the best options for us! The owners of this condo are kind and prompt and professional....and the condo is literally flawless! The bed is super comfortable ( and we have a kind pillow top at home), the sheets and towels are high quality and impeccably clean! You could have eaten off of the floors and the shower looked brand new. The large dorm size refridge was very clean without an odor and very cold awaiting our groceries. There are dishes, and Tupperware, and a blender and a pitcher ( which all came in handy to make drinks for the pool!). The flatscreen tv and DVD player were nice to have as well as the movies and music the have there for you. This specific condo they own is right next to the stairs that leads to a beach not 50 steps away...the beach is lovely. There are always empty lounge chairs for your use already on the beach and the water is to die for clean and warm (we like watching the turtles ride the waves ) without extreme waves. However, there IS a fair amount of washed up very small driftwood and crabs ( which we found endearing to watch on our lazy days). The pool area is VERY clean and well maintained, and the jacuzzi is very warm...which I LOVE! There are clean gas BBQs and a well used bar...everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves ( we didn't stay in the area much as we spent our time mostly on the beach). And....the grounds and GORGEOUS!!! Perfectly manicured grass and palm trees and flowers....there were always landscapers and security and staff walking around greeting you. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We assumed that because we were renting with an outside owner they would refuse the serve us but that WASN'T the case. Parking passes, Internet assistance, luggage storage the day we departed free of charge...all will a smile. The lobby is well maintained and clean with brand new, island appropriate furnishings. I could probably go on and on and on...but bottom line...any time we return we will ALWAYS use this condo...you can't beat the price!!!!! Enjoy! :)

  I was pleasantly surprised as the room was decorated like our home on Oahu! It was very clean and had every thing you needed! Felt like home! Will recomend to others! Mahalo for a great stay!

  We just spent 6 days in paradise! The room was perfect for two. The cost was MORE than reasonable. The pictures are accurate. The location was central to EVERYTHING and there are great beaches within walking distance. The shopping center nearby had all the items we needed/wanted. Don't miss the pupus and $5 martinis at the Trees nearby. Don and Christina were easily accessible. Don't miss out on this outstanding deal!

  The condo turned out to be everything as shown and written about in the ad. For the money, hands down a great deal but you will not get the 5 star hotel feel. It was a little smaller than we had hoped but worked fine. The room and grounds were very clean and tidy. The downer for us was the weather. It flooded while we were there. Within a 36 hour period we got over 14 inches of rain...I kid you not. For the eight days we were they we saw sun on 4 days and that was when we took off to Maui for a few days in order to salvage the vacation. Turns out many of the Islands experienced this storm as well, but Kauai was much worse. We did not get to see many attactions, roads closed, beaches closed due to brown tide, even the complex pool was closed due to lightning, no boating expeditions or hiking...it was a real bummer for us, we had everything planned out that we wanted to do and missed out on alot. If you go, go during the summer months. Nothing against Kauai but we will stay with Maui

  The studio was excellant, clean and comfortable. The unit was located within minutes of 3 grocery stores (2 had poi) and good restaurants. With the in room fridge, microwave and coffee maker what else would you need for "on the fly" cooking? The selection of music cds added a great touch. Communication with Christina and Don was excellant, a smooth experience. The grounds are well maintained and the staff friendly.Had peek a boo view of sun and moonrise, but a minute or less to the beach to get the full view. Swimming was good and the turtles were around feeding. I enjoyed the central location to some excellant hikes and a kayak trip down the NaPali coast. This was a great place to stay for a relaxing or get out and enjoy the rugged beauty Kauai has. Next time I go to Kauai I hope it's available.

Our normal rates for 2013, 2014 are $79-$89 per night but our rates can vary according to demand. Special calendar gaps, weekly and monthly rates also available.

25% down payment at time of booking and the balance 60 days prior to travel dates. We accept Visa or Mastercard or payment can be by personal check or money order.
