This is a well-loved 2 bedroom, 1 bath property with a private backyard with two off-street parking spaces. Everyone who has seen the home or lived there seems to love it. I furnished the property as if I might live there so I hope that it feels like it has a personal touch to people. I only do month-long rentals. Some people stay while they look for the perfect house, others visit Austin during the winters and some just come to check it out for a few months.
