  We just got back from a visit to Maui. I can't say enough good things about this condo: perfect location away from the hustle and bustle just a bit, great view of the ocean (we saw whales every single day off our balcony!) terrific kitchen stocked with quality dishes, etc, and comfortable beds. We went with another couple so the two master bedroom plan (one is in the loft) was perfect for us. We ate out on the balcony lanai every day. One terrific perk as far as I'm concerned was a Cuisinart coffee maker! It's my fave and I always hate traveling because I know I won't have good coffee. I had GREAT coffee here! The owners were terrific to deal with, and will definitely be back to this little slice of paradise. :)

  Loved working with Ardith and her family. The condo is the largest we've ever seen at Kuleana, with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. It's incredibly well decorated, as many of the Kuleana condos are stuck in slightly older decor. This is new and refreshing and beautiful and fully stocked with all you could ask for including beach towels, beach gear and more. Will ABSOLUTELY stay again. Would recommend for anyone with two couples. PLENTY of room.

  We stayed in this condo Dec 29 to Jan 12 2012 and we DID NOT want to leave. It was an amazing place.The whales every morning in the ocean. The sunshine and the heat were perfect.My family (6) had the trip of a lifetime and enjoyed every moment in this unit. I cooked every day, we swam 3 to 4 times a day. Where the unit is positioned you get the best views of the ocean, some of the grounds, and the pool. I recommend this unit highly to couples, families. I would love to come back to Hawaii and stay here again.When thinking of Paradise I think of this unit, this location, this place....We thank you!

  First of all the pictures and description accurately reflect the property. There were 4 adults an 18 month old and 5 yr old in our party and we all fit comfortably. I used easy travel and rented a crib and highchair that they delivered and picked up which was super easy. The unit was clean and the grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained...so many beautiful flowers and trees. The swimming pool and ocean with sandy beach are very convenient to the condo location as well as the laundry room. Just for preparation sake to wash a load is $1.50 and to dry is $1.25. You can buy small packets of laundry detergent in the laundry room. The swimming pool is a very nice size and very pretty. The seating around the pool is comfortable and plentiful. The pool was never overcrowded and was very peaceful. You can walk from the pool to the ocean and there is a shower to rinse all of the sand off as you come back up. The condo had everything you could use in the kitchen it is very well equipped. The lanai is large and we spent a great deal of time sitting out there. You can easily see the ocean and whales from your chair. Excellent view. The bedroom upstairs is loft style so open and has a bathroom that is a good size with shower no tub. The bathroom downstairs has a shower/tub combination and is a nice size. Ardith was so great to work with. When we got there we had internet problems and she was quick to respond and get someone out to fix it. I cant say enough good things about her. The only negative I have is there are a lot of steps to get to the condo which was not a problem for us but may be for someone that has bad knees, BUT you have to go up to have that great view. There are beach chairs, sand mats and towels to sit on the beach and watch the sea turtles...they are everywhere....snornkeling is great right off the beach. I loved the location of the condo...very convenient to Lahaina but in a quieter location. Took about 10-15 min drive to get there. There is a farmers market close by on certain days that was great for fresh produce and special dips, jellies etc. We stayed for 9 nights and rented a van and went all over the island. What a beautiful island. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone coming to Maui.
