This location is ideal for those sports enthusiasts and families that love snow skiing, biking, hiking, rock climbing, tennis, and fishing. Ski to River Run chairlift or walk a thousand feet to enjoy a great hike up Bald Mountain. The condominium offers all these comforts in a great location. It’s next to the 48 mile long area-wide bike/cross-country ski path. About as close as you can get to the River Run ski lifts and the Bald Mountain trail system, five short blocks from six movie screens and about six blocks from the center of Ketchum with its wonderful array of galleries and shops, Exquisite clothiers, five-star restaurants, ski shops, and great night life.
The winter months bring incredible winter sports. Nordic, cross-country, and back-country skiing, skate skiing, and snowshoeing. Rent snowmobiles and take a ride in the Sawtooth Mountain open ranges. At Sun Valley Idaho you'll find a great variety of slopes for both beginner and advance skiers- down hill, cross country, backcountry, cat and heli-skiing, Kids Ski Free program, ski instruction. Other activities are ice skating, sledding, and snowmobiling.
Sun Valley/Ketchum is a wonderful non-commercialized small town approximately 15 miles north of the local airport in Hailey. Sun Valley is America's first destination ski resort, established in 1936 and is still the number one year-round resort destination in America. World-class Bald Mountain is Sun Valley’s ski mountain and is considered the best single ski mountain in the US. There are 17 lifts (seven high speed), 78 runs, 3400 feet of vertical terrain, and three spectacular day lodges.
Is a fully-furnished, two bedroom (One King and one Queen Bed), one bath, warmly decorated condominium in a four unit private complex. Just remodeled, the Kitchen is fully-equipped with a Viking gas range all new designer appliances, new custom countertops. The Kitchen opens to the living room. The Bath is newly remodeled in travertine. The living, dining, and kitchen areas have an open floor plan with large windows and high, sloping beamed ceilings.
During the day it is bright and cheerful and at night it has a cozy and romantic atmosphere with a woodburning fireplace as the focal point of the living room. It is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Some pieces are antiques. The dining room, kitchen, living room, and bedrooms overlook Trail Creek with French doors out to the patios. After skiing or biking come home to a redwood deck on Trail Creek and soak in your private spa and watch the creek flow by. It doesn’t get much better than this.

* Free KART buses run every 15 to 20 minutes, seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to midnight throughout the Sun Valley-Ketchum area. Catch the bus at the end of the driveway.
