Excellent villa and in a terrific location! This is our third family vacation in Orlando. Emerald Islands resort was exactly what we were after. We wanted an 8 bedroom villa that is very close to the Disney and did a lot of research on the web before we booked.The atmospehere in the house was very welcoming and relaxing. I love the cleanliness and the decor especially the pool, My kids just loved it. The facilities were excellent, everything a family needs. The owner of the villa was a pleasure to deal with. The service are both efficient and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and shop. It was the best family vacation experience we had. We did not want to leave! The disney parks are around 5 min drive away (awesome!) but we plan to do the Universal parks and SeaWorld which were easy 20 to 30 min drive. Travelling to Bausche Garden is also easier compare to our prior villas. We would certainly book this villa again and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Overall I would say our stay was good, until we noticed there were cockroaches. I will say the owner was VERY prompt in getting pest control there the very next day. The place wasn't infested by any means, we saw 6 of them during our week stay, but one was enough for us! Pros: beautiful community, nicely decorated home, spacious, clean, lots of extra linens, the kids loved their own pool, owner was pleasant to work with, game room, close to shopping and attractions. Cons: when we arrived the key code didn't work, we had to wait for the property manager to come let us in. We visited Florida three times this year and we stayed in three different homes. This was by far the best of the three. Each time we traveled to the Convention Center which is about 15 minutes away. It is only about a five minute drive to the on ramp to Disney as well. The home was well kept and very comfortable for a lot of people. The bed configurations can't be beat for visitors with several adults. There are plenty of beds for kids as well. The owner was very helpful and great to work with...When we go back to Florida, we will stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I went to see several houses before we booked our vacation home. This one was so impressive that I took it right away. And it turned out a huge success --- everyone loved it so much. The house was designed like a dream place for getaway, very soothing and comfortable. The owner cares a lot about details and the little things such as coffee makers, toasters, bathroom sets are all handy and neat. The BBQ, crib, strollers and game tables all contributed to our very happy experience. Thank you, and we will come back again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We came from Canada and settled in New York. The sunshine Florida is our favorite vacation place. Not only for my 2 kids, but for me and the grandparents too. Among all resorts, Emerald Island is my favorite due to its elegance, convenience and very nice neighbors. Waited for a long time and finally bought this dream home ... hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
