Snowmobilers can enjoy the luxury of a cozy home located on the well-groomed trails maintained by our local snowmobiling clubs. This camp is on Brantingham Lake, convenient to Old Forge and Tug Hill.
Cyclists can enjoy the winding, open roads that include 5 foot-shouldered,well maintained bicycle routes. Anglers can enjoy the abundance of well stocked lakes and rivers. There is great fishing right off your dock. Fishing maps and directions provided.

This inviting year-round lakefront home has been recently remodeled, refurnished, redecorated, and freshly painted throughout. This property is located within the southwestern portion of the Adirondack State Park eight miles from Route 12 (one hour north of Utica, or one hour south of Watertown, New York).
The lake house is perched amid tall pines and hardwoods overlooking beautiful Brantingham Lake. A large central gathering room is warmly lit by the morning sun as it passes the panoramic picture windows which overlook the lake. A stone fireplace is the focal point of the conversation area, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The modern kitchen is has plenty of counter space and is fully-equipped including a microwave oven, dishwasher, and all cooking and eating utensils. One bedroom has two bunkbeds (four twin beds). A second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom, a large master suite, has a queen bed. This bedroom has French-doors that open onto the deck which overlooks the lake. A stairway leads you down to your private dock and sandy-bottomed swimming area. A Row boat, Canoe and life vests are provided. Brantingham Lake is underground-spring fed - it's water is renown for its high quality. The Brantingham community organization monitors and maintains these high standards of excellence.
There are many local, well-maintained hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV, snowmobile and cross-country skiing trails. The entry room displays topographic maps and trail maps. Reference materials for day hikes, canoeing excursions, and other outings are also provided. Bring your fishing gear! There is great fishing in Brantingham Lake and local streams; both indigenous and stocked varieties. Smallmouth, largemouth, and rock bass, lake trout, brown trout, bullhead, pickerel, walleye, and yellow perch thrive in these waters. A row boat and canoe are provided.
