This inviting year-round lakefront home has been recently remodeled, refurnished, redecorated, and freshly painted throughout. This property is located within the southwestern portion of the Adirondack State Park eight miles from Route 12 (one hour north of Utica, or one hour south of Watertown, New York).
The lake house is perched amid tall pines and hardwoods overlooking beautiful Brantingham Lake. A large central gathering room is warmly lit by the morning sun as it passes the panoramic picture windows which overlook the lake. A stone fireplace is the focal point of the conversation area, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The modern kitchen is has plenty of counter space and is fully-equipped including a microwave oven, dishwasher, and all cooking and eating utensils. One bedroom has two bunkbeds (four twin beds). A second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom, a large master suite, has a queen bed. This bedroom has French-doors that open onto the deck which overlooks the lake. A stairway leads you down to your private dock and sandy-bottomed swimming area. A Row boat, Canoe and life vests are provided. Brantingham Lake is underground-spring fed - it's water is reknown for its high quality. The Brantingham community organization monitors and maintains these high standards of excellence.
There are many local, well-maintained snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV trails. The entry room displays topographic maps and trail maps. Reference materials for day hikes, canoeing excursions, and other outings are also provided. Bring your fishing gear! There is great fishing in Brantingham Lake and local streams; both indigenous and stocked varieties. Smallmouth, largemouth, and rock bass, lake trout, brown trout, bullhead, pickerel, walleye, and yellow perch thrive in these waters. A row boat and canoe are provided. Four miles from Brantingham Golf Course.

Owner response:Tom and I are always trying our best to provide a special vacation home to accommodate you and your family. Brantingham Lake is a private, spring fed lake. There are no boutiques or furniture stores, only a handful of restaurants, a wooded golf course, the Drive-In and a peaceful atmosphere. For instance, the closest traffic light is 25 minutes away, near the Super Walmart.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Very well-equipped cabin, has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Area is peaceful and relaxing. Great views of the lake from the house, and a row boat and canoe let us explore the area. We had a wonderful time.

Comfortable, relaxing and peaceful are just a few words to describe Deja View. All the comforts of home plus the serenity and beauty of the area made for a wonderful getaway. We spent long days fishing and swimming in the lake and cozy nights chatting and enjoying family time by the fire. This is the perfect place for a busy family to get away from it all. We look forward to returning in the future.

If your looking for the sound of silence with a beautiful lake front view and accomodations that fit your every need, then this Lake House is for you. We enjoyed waking to the sound of the loons,relaxing on the deck,swimming off the dock and fished our hearts out catching mostly large and small mouth bass(use purple plastic worms) Our rating A++
