We have one of the loveliest and largest townhomes in North Wildwood with the best amenities. Check out the "Comments" below to see what our previous renters are saying about our beautiful townhome. With over 2100 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to spread out. Come to North Wildwood for a great family vacation!

Don't be cramped in a one-level condo when you can spread out in our spacious, three-story townhome! It is beautifully decorated and ready for your family for a great summer vacation. Located at 307 East 24th Avenue, North Wildwood. This is the perfect family vacation spot. North Wildwood is more residential than Wildwood, but has the boardwalk, restaurants, pubs, churches, etc. all in close proximity.
This is an end unit (closest to the beach and boardwalk) of only four townhomes. No noise from other renters above or below you! With three levels of living space, four large bedrooms and two private decks, this townhome is perfect for two families or an extended family. Perfect for a family reunion!
1st FLOOR - large bedroom (16' x 19') with a full bed, two twin beds, a television and DVD player.
2nd FLOOR - fully-equipped kitchen with a granite breakfast bar with six stools, a pantry, a large dining area with a table and seating for six, a spacious living room with a queen pull-out sofa, NEW FOR 2009 a 40-inch 1080p LCD HD television, stereo, DVD player, Sony Play Station 1, a gas fireplace, plus a powder room, private covered deck and a quiet sitting nook with two wicker chairs.
3rd FLOOR - large master bedroom (15'4" x 12'6") with a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, private open deck, master bath with his and her sinks, television, DVD player, wicker chair and a desk, a second bedroom (9'8" x 11'7") with a queen bed, television, DVD player and wicker chair, and a third bedroom (11'9" x 11'5") with two twin beds, a television, VCR and a wicker chair. There is also an additional full bath on this level.
Ceramic tile in kitchen, all bathrooms and foyer. For your convenience, sheets, blankets, pillows and quilts are provided. YOU ONLY NEED TO BRING BATH AND BEACH TOWELS.
Approximately a block and a half (only one street to cross) to Wildwood's free beach (no beach tags required) and famous, two and a half mile boardwalk. Our home is located between Atlantic and Surf Avenues. We are very close to the boardwalk, but just far enough away from the noise (watch the tram car please)! If you are familiar with the large Wildwood beaches, 24th Avenue is the place to be. On the boardwalk at the end of our street is a pier to walk with steps down to the beach, bringing you closer to the ocean. No more long walk in the hot sand. Also enjoy the Friday night fireworks on the comfort of our private decks.
One block over on 25th Avenue on the boardwalk, you can enjoy one of Morey's Piers featuring the Great Nor'Easter Roller Coaster and Raging Waters water park with the Zoom Phloom. You can also enjoy pizza, Dairy Queen, Kohr Brother's Ice Cream, Curley's Fries, funnel cake and much more on the boardwalk on or near 24th Avenue.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time Saturday, 2:00 p.m. Check-out time, Saturday, 10:00 a.m. One week minimum stay. We will mail a key directly to your home to enter the property at the start of your vacation. Personal checks are accepted.
ALSO NOTE: Sorry, but we will NOT rent to single adults under the age of 25. No after-prom or senior week rentals. Maximum occupancy is 12. Sorry, but absolutely no smoking and no pets permitted.
