We're now continuing our remodeling* at this vacationer's delight. 3BR vaulted design with two Master Suites, 3.5 baths and a third row location that's just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The floor plan provides comfortable and spacious accommodations for those who want a villa with the feel of a house. Directly on the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon waterway - rent or bring a canoe or kayak and explore, then go to the beach to relax. Golf is just around the corner at one of 3 championship golf courses within Palmetto Dunes.
Among the many appealing features of this townhome are an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, skylights, ceiling fans, a Carolina room (screened porch), and a separate deck. And yes, we now have high speed WiFi internet!
The main Master suite is on the first level, and features a king-size bed and a large master bath with a jacuzzi tub, a separate step-in shower, and a double vanity.
The second floor features a second Master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom and a third guest room with two double beds and a bathroom. (All three bedrooms have their own private bath, and there's an additional half bath downstairs.) The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. A full kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The on-site recreation area includes a private community pool, a hot tub, and a children's pool.

GREAT VILLA SHORT WALK TO BEACH ALONG WITH LAGOON VIEW

This is our 4th year we spent the winter months in Hilton Head and stayed at this villa. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and watching all the birds and the fish jumping in the lagoon. If you enjoy the beach which is a short walk across the street biking and kayaking this is the place to be. The villa is stocked with everything you need to make you feel right at home. The property is well maintained, clean and the owners are hands on in every aspect. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a great place to stay it is very convienent to everything on the island. Life is a beach and you can't find a better beach than on Hilton Head Island.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great distance to the beach! We kept commenting on how "This place has everything in it, we could live here!". Your place was so very comfortable in every regard. Loved putting kids down to nap & chilling w/ other grown ups on screened porch or just in living room. Loved, loved, loved our stay!
