The floor plan provides comfortable and spacious accommodations for those who want a villa with the feel of a house. Directly on the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon waterway - rent or bring a canoe or kayak and explore, then go to the beach to relax. Golf is just around the corner at one of 3 championship golf courses within Palmetto Dunes.
Among the many appealing features of this townhome are an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, skylights, ceiling fans, a Carolina room (screened porch), and a separate deck. And yes, we now have high speed WiFi internet!
The main Master suite is on the first level, and features a king-size bed and a large master bath with a jacuzzi tub, a separate step-in shower, and a double vanity.
The second floor features a second Master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom and a third guest room with two double beds and a bathroom. (All three bedrooms have their own private bath, and there's an additional half bath downstairs.) The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. A full kitchen is completely stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
