This home was very clean and very very nice. Location is fantastic State woods on one side of property. My wife and I stayed in Sept and the fall colors were great. The discription, photos and John were all on point. Thanks for everything, my wife and I are looking at the calendar for next fall, but this time we will stay a week!!!

This was a family trip with my son, daughter-in-law and 3 granddaughters, a trip for the ages. We loved the Turtle Flambeau. Having spent 30 years doing float plane trips in Canada, this was a spot in Wisconsin that most resembled the quiet, the natural beauty, the wildlife and a get away from all the crowds. Although the fishing is not not the same, it was enough to keep the girls happy. Then there are the accommodations. They were superb. Of all the lake rentals I've done, this was by far the cleanest and most up to date lake home I've stayed in, comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. Although there was only one shower, we managed just fine. Thanks John. If my family has their way, we'll be back next year.

This vacation was as perfect as one could find. The cabin was beautiful and perfectly clean. The location is far enough off the main roads that it is extremely quiet. We saw eagles, deer, hummingbirds, ducks, loons, chipmunks, and many kinds of birds. The fishing was great. The description is accurate and once you get there you find that it is even nicer than you were expecting. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our family has rented this house several times. It is very clean and spacious. We rode our ATV's right from the driveway to the trails. We had rented other houses and this house was tops over the rest. We had such a great time. The boys were able to fish right off the dock, swim and enjoy the paddle boat. The house was equipped with everything imaginable (which made for light packing) we will be going back and plan on making this a family ritual. Thanks for letting us rent John and we look forward to our next visit!!!
