  The flat was wonderful - it was just as beautiful as the photos. It was very clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings. Everything we needed to make our stay easy was provided. Comfortable robes, slippers, French toiletries and our favorite Nespresso machine with plenty capsules. The neighborhood has every convenience - several small groceries and markets - and lovely Boulangerie/ patisseries. The location was easy to walk from to get all around Paris We will definitely recommend the property to our friends - the owner was so easy to work with - and we hope to return and stay longer next time!!! It was an amazing way to visit the city - we loved our "home" in the Marais while we were there.

  What an incredible way to welcome in the New Year! Our 10 days in the Art Flat were heaven. Some highlights from our stay: - A 'sugar walk' of the Marais through 'La Cuisine' where we discovered many tasty 'Patisseries' that we returned to many mornings - French wine tasting in an underground wine cave through 'O'chateau' - Day trip to Normandy... Incredible! - Delicious meals, especially at 'l'Avant Comptoir', 'Spring' and 'Frenchie'. Highly recommend! But most of all, we loved returning to the Art Flat, which feels like home.   We leace Art Flat and Paris, very well rested and certainly well fed. The apartment has every possible comfort we needed. (We really loved the heated towel rack.) Favorites in the 'hood' include: 'Le Coude Fou' on rue de Bourg Tibourg, 'Patissier Victor' on rue Rambuteau and for a special meal: the tasting menu at 'La Gaigne'. A nice surprise was using the Nintendo audio guide at the Louvre. It really brings all the art to life. All in all, it was a wonderful honeymoon in Paris.

  Our week at Art Flat was wonderful. The pace itself was even better than described, and in an absolutely perfect neighborhood for our needs. Marco was a great host and made us feel immediately welcome. Paris has more to offer than one can take in in a week, but we felt we got the most out of our time here. We will certainly recommend the flat and a like experience to anyone considering a trip to Paris. Thanks for the memories.

  My wife and I stayed there the first week in December 2012 and we couldn't have asked for a better place to be our home base. The apartment is exactly as pictured on the photos. Actually, it may actually be a little better in real life, as they can't show you how serene the overall experience is. It has everything you need that you could possibly need for a short term stay. Its location is wonderful. The best meal of our trip was at a restaurant less than a quarter mile away and there is something for everyone. Bars, clubs, grocery stores, art, theaters. There are several metro stations in close proximity and Notre Dame and the Seine river is about a 10 minute walk. I could go on and on about how convenient the location was. The owner, Marco, is very professional and helpful. He's thought of everything and is willing to go out of his way to help you. As a business owner and property owner, it is very nice to deal with someone who knows what they're doing. I have no hesitation in recommending art flat to anyone looking for an apartment in Paris. I know I will be telling friends and associates about it.

  My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for several weeks in October, 2012. We loved the location in the Marais - on a quiet street that overlooks a park, and close to everything. The apartment is newly renovated, and perfectly set up to provide everything we needed, from the Nespresso coffee maker to Paris guidebooks, and everything in between. The owner and his greeter were easy to work with, and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect in every way - even arranging a car to the airport for us. The kitchen and bathroom are really nice and the bed is super comfy - important, after a long day of sightseeing in Paris. We'll be back for sure.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
