This modern spacious 360 square METERS villa is located on a 980 square METERS corner lot in the elegant residential area of Nova Santa Ponsa. The property is completely fenced in and counts with a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a 8x3 meters pool and a garden shower. The ground floor counts with a wide and very light entrance with high ceilings and leads into the open living room with a big L sofa, a flat screen Tv and home theatre system. The house counts with a sound system in the lower floor and individual CD players in each bedroom, also Bose speakers for the terrace.The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with all amenities like an electric glass top stove, oven, microwave, an American fridge and dishwasher. The big kitchen table for 8 people is also the dining area. There is a guest toilet in a small entrance leading to the garage what has sports equipment to your disposal like 2 bikes, beach ball rackets and 3 pairs of inline skaters. The basement holds another living room with a large TV designed to play Playstation 2. The big laundry room has washer and dryer, an extra mini freezer and a big wine cooler. The first floor counts with the 3 bedrooms, all more or less equal in size with Queensize beds and in build closets. The master bedroom has a bathroom in suite with separate shower and jacuzzi and double sinks, and the other 2 bedrooms a 'Jack&Jill' type bathroom to share with double sinks and large shower. The second floor is the roof top with a countertop with bar stools and a sink, The highlight is the jacuzzi to enjoy the view towards the bay of Santa Ponsa and the mountains. Please note: The Jacuzzi will only be in use during the Summer from 26th of June to 15th September because of cooler nights outside season. The separate guesthouse has its own entrance, with a small kitchen (including fridge, electric stove and dishwasher) with an eating area for 4 people, 2 bedrooms with Queensize beds, lots of windows who lead to the terrace and a full bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. The garden and terrace count with 3 large teak tables and 10 teak chairs, lots of sunbrellas and an American gas BBQ. The pool has 4 sun chairs and a cozy daybed. The house counts with electric shutters, a general AC system and floor heating. There is WiFi in the house. All rooms count with a TV and a CD player, some rooms have a small safe. Please note: The TVs have German and Spanish Channels only, beside an english News channel.
The house is easy to reach, just minutes away from the highway. We have an external housekeeper who is available for questions and any help what might be necessary. Cleaning during the stay can be provided at own cost, check availability with the housekeeper.
