Deer park is a highly sought after resort for year round relaxation and fun! Unit is located in Maple Leaf building in Deer Park which is directly next to the serene 5 acre LAKE, beach, playground and CLUB HOUSE-which has the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room, great room with pool tables and floor to ceiling stone fireplace and 2 fitness rooms. We're in the heart of the resort!!
This well maintained, very clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo offers absolutely stunning panoramic views of the White Mountains out the front windows with tranquil views of the Pemigewasset out the rear windows and the back balcony. Tastfully decorated unit includes a gas fireplace, 37'' LCD HDTV, VCR/ DVD player, nicely stocked kitchen, and full free access to all resort amenities. We've even included board games and childrens movies to keep the younger ones happy allowing the adults to further unwind!

We had 4 adults and two kids. We were very comfortable and the kids LOVED it. We liked the fact that all the living space was on the same floor.

We took our family for the long weekend skiing and had a wonderful time. The condo is clean and well kept and plenty of room for 4 adults & 4 kids. Having rented houses/condo's in the past it was nice to come to a house that included dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and even salt & pepper! Those little things you dont remember to bring with you or buy when shopping! The kids had fun at the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Overall I would rent this place again and highly recommend it.

We had a great family vacation in this condo. It was very nicely furnished and oh so comfortable. Deer Park is a great place to take the family and there is so much to do right there on the grounds-swimming in a beautiful lake or indoor pool, horseshoes, tennis, walking adventures, family gatherings at the gazebo or indoor facilities. Combined with this great condo and the Deer Park setting, you will not be disappointed. Dan was great to deal with and we thank him for a memorable vacation.

We had a great family vacation. This condo is so comfortable for families and Dan is a great guy to deal with. We will be coming back as Deer Park offers so many activities -swimming in a beautiful lake as well as an indoor pool, horseshoes, tennis etc. Combined with this lovely condo, a family can't go wrong in selecting this area for a great vacation.

The condo was absolutaly beautiful! We enjoyed the fireplace and the private deck overlooking the woods. All of the staff at the recreation center were very friendly and helpful. I will definately rent this condo again.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was spacious, we had four adults and three kids. The bunk beds are a great help! We used the rec center because it was right next door. It is a bright, pleasant space! And the skiing was great too!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. The unit was spacious and easily accomodated two families. We particularly enjoyed the location which was right next to the well equipped Rec Center/Pool. You have a great place and we'll be sure to recommend it!
