This listing is for two lodges, Arrowwood Lodge and Summerwind Lodge. The lodges are each located on a three acre lot in an upscale and private subdivision in Island Park. The subdivision has beautiful views of Mount Jefferson and Sawtelle Peak. You can rent this property for groups ranging from four to twenty eight people.
This property is 3400 sq. feet. It has a great room with 24 ft cathedral ceilings and a large loft. The master suite has it's own private second story deck and a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a hot tub on the patio enjoy. The game room with a pool table is fun for the whole family. There are four TV's with the Dish network. One TV in the great room, one in master suite, one in the kids bedroom and one in the family room downstairs.
The Arrowwood Lodge, Lariat Lodge and Summerwind Lodge can be rented together for a total of 16 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms on eight beautiful private acres. You can sleep up to 64 people.

The Arrowwood Homeowners Association does not allow any RV's, campers or tents in our subdivsion. The maxium number of people allowed in one lodge is 24 not including children under 3 years old.

I own vacation rental property in Idaho and Utah. I manage all my rentals myself and have done so for nine years. I enjoy helping clients plan their trips and explore the Island Park area.
Why the Owner Chose Island Park
Island Park is the best of the Yellowstone area without all the tourists. All of my cabins have large lots surrounded by trees for a private and peaceful vacation. There is great hiking and fishing in the summer and incredible snowmobiling and cross country skiing in the winter. There is also a golf course if you want to hit a few balls in the summer. Harriman State Park is close by with the best hiking and cross country ski trails in Eastern Idaho.
The Unique Benefits of this Lodge
Upscale and private cabins with plenty of room to spread out. 3,400 square feet so everybody has room to move. Game room with pool table, four tv's with Dish network, two family rooms, gas grill, hot tub. The Arrowwood Subdivision has many large custom log homes on private heavily wooded lots. It is far enough of HWY 20 to be peaceful , but close enough to be convienent. I choose this subdivison to build my cabins because I love trees. All of my cabins are surrounded by lodgepole pines, alpine fir and quaking aspens. There are also nice views of Mount Jefferson.
