The Mill Hill Barn (Circa 1860) has recently undergone a complete renovation and is now available as a vacation rental. The antique interior has been preserved but now includes modern comforts and a casual atmosphere that combine to provide a memorable vacation.
Amenities include central air conditioning, WiFi, flat screen television and new kitchen and bathroom. The large bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed and a separate area with a twin size built-in alcove bed as well as skylights with black-out blinds. There's plenty of storage to tuck personal belongings away.
A set of glass doors highlights the living room making it a comfortable spot to read a book or watch television. Seating includes two sofas (one a sleep sofa) and a wig chair. Nearby is the bright eat-in kitchen that's fully equipped with everything you'll need for food preparation away from home. The back door leads to a rear deck that offers privacy and a quiet spot to unwind at the end of the day.
Nearby is a shared outside shower for rinsing off after the beach and a washer and dryer is also available. Convenient to down town Chatham, Oyster Pond Beach and the wooden draw bridge near Stage Harbor.

If a booking is made within 30 days of arrival payment in full is required.
A 50% deposit of the rent and $50 administration fee is due with the return of the signed lease. The balance of the rent, $250 refundable security deposit or $50 non-refundable damage waiver, and $90 cleaning fee is due 30 days before the lease starts. Payment is accepted by check, money order, cashier's check, PayPal, cash, and wire transfer. Checks are made payable to Chatham Properties Group.

The Mill Hill Barn is located on Stage Harbor Road in Chatham, Massachusetts, an area known for its historic homes and seaside beauty. It's conveniently located near picturesque Stage Harbor where many beautiful boats call home and the nearby sailing club hosts races during the warm months.
Close by is Chatham's famous Light House Beach which is a fantastic spot for sunbathing, walking along the shore leading down Monomoy Island and watching the boats crossing the bar leading into Chatham Harbor. Also close by is Oyster Pond Beach which is a great swimming beach attended by life guards and offers bathroom and shower facilities. Also around the corner is the wooden drawbridge which is a popular spot for fishing. A couple doors down is the Atwood House Museum featuring a peek into Chatham's past and always a nice place to visit.
Other activities and areas of interest include seal and harbor cruises, riding a bike along the bike path, visiting the Monomoy Wildlife Refuge, public tennis courts, playground, and an abundance of shops, restaurants and beaches providing a wide assortment of activities for everyone.
