our wonderful "place in the sun" finished in december 2003 has been beautifully furnished. With 2 master bedroom suites (1 overlooking the pool deck), 2 further bedrooms and a sofa bed, 2 families can enjoy the Florida sun in comfort. The theme parks are close at hand and there is easy access to Tampa and the Gulf Coast. Our community features a clubhouse with pool, games room, exercise room, tennis etc etc. This also provides 24 hour support and key service.
