Within the beautifully-landscaped grounds, you and your guests can enjoy the private adult and children’s pools, hot tub, and outdoor cooking facilities. Pass directly through a secure gate onto the beach, where you can continue to relax with service from the beach bar and restaurant, or explore miles of white, sandy beach.
Within minutes of Playa Royale by foot or by shuttle are world-class sports and spa facilities at El Tigre Golf and Country Club, as well as a small shopping mall and grocery store. You can safely walk to a variety of nearby restaurants offering everything from fast food to sports bars to fine dining, with local and international choices.
Also nearby is Vallarta Adventures (see offerings on their web site), a company with a number of well-organized tours and activities. We highly recommend this company and have enjoyed many of their tours (especially the Rhythms of the Night) with a number of our friends. Don't miss the activities available in the area.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is located about 20-25 minutes away and is accessible by taxi, local bus service, or even water-taxi. A visit to the Malecon and downtown PV is a must!

About the owner: We love to travel! With our home in Michigan, we enjoy getting away from the cold and snowy winter with annual trips to the Puerto Vallarta area and the Hawaiian islands.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Royale:
After purchasing a week in Paradise Village, we were determined to find an available unit that gave us access to the wonderful activities in the area. Voila! Playa Royale - safe, gated resort, golfing, swimming, sunning, spa, fine food.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Hungry? You choose: Seafood, Italian, Brazilian, Japanese, Mexican, American? Just about everything you need is located within walking distance. The shopping center offers alcohol and has its own pharmacy.
Nearby Paradise Village has nightly specialty events: Mexican Fiesta, Shrimp Fiesta, Western Charro, Tropical Night, Neptune's Net, Italian, Sunday morning brunch at El Tigre, and the BBQ Cookout Sunday night.
