Our beach cottage is located just blocks from the ocean and Silver Lake. We are located in the Dodd's Addition neighborhood, just over the Silver Lake Bridge, which is quiet but within easy walking distance to town.
Our home is fully decorated and includes: 2 full bathrooms and outside shower; 2 first floor bedrooms - both with queen beds, and two second floor bedrooms - one with double & other with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen; Relax on the Screened-in porch after a day at the beach; Wireless internet & cable TV; Driveway for two cars plus on-street parking (no permits required); Central AC

About the owner: We live in Baltimore, as do our two early 20's children. Rehoboth is close enough to be convenient, and far enough to provide a feeling of getting-away when we go.
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach:
Our family rented in Rehoboth for years before we decided to purchase a house. Our kids love the Rehoboth as much as we do, & we vacation at our house as much as we can, year-round, and love every minute of it!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
We love the proximity to the ocean, but also enjoy the many fabulous restaurants & shops in town. We bike everywhere, including to Lewes on the trail. Make sure you bring your bikes!
