My family and I came to apopka for my stepdaughters high school graduation. This villa was perfect! The photos don't give it justice. I loved the attention to detail. The granite counter tops, the stainless steel appliances, we got great use of the kitchen. Even the furniture on the sun porch was great! My motherinlaw really enjoyed the screened porch. The parking was convenient as it was right in front of the property. I saw where some of the properties you would have to walk a long way from the parking lot, especially if you have to unload. Just a short drive to Disney, the teens went to city walk. Considering the price of the rental the drive to Disney is no problem. The owner Paul was easy to work with, his wife was helpful too. My daughter is considering renting for her vacation in August. I would highly recommend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The townhouse was perfect - better than expected! It had all the comforts of home...especially a washer/dryer for a growing family. It was conveniently located, quiet, clean and most importantly relaxing. We will stay here in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My sister and I stayed at this Villa with our family in March 2011. We slept 4 adults and 3 children with plenty of room to spare. While visiting we enjoyed two days at Disney, swimming at the heated pool and sunset views in the lanai (my favorite part of the Villa). I would highly recommend staying in this beautifully decorated home for your vacation and plan to come back next year with our husbands who would have died to play the executive golf course.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a retired couple that has been vacationing in Florida for the past 10 years. We once enjoyed West Palm beach but recently discovered the unknown secret of Apopka, FL. Since discovering Apopka we have changed from renting properties to owning our own property and are able to invite our 3 children and 6 grandchildren for visits. With grandchildren ranging from 11 years to 2 months old, there is plenty of enjoyment for all ages.

It's difficult to list only one benefit. When we are home with just the two of us we enjoy the golf activities, participating in both couples golfing and high end executive golfing for my husband. When the grandchildren are visiting we enjoy the short distance to the disney attractions and can even view the fireworks from Disney from our back yard. When we are hosting to our friends we enjoy the set up of the Villa as it offers them their own personal space. The versatility of this property is it's unique benefit.
