Seawind is directly on the beach with panoramic views of Gulf Shores' crystal clear waters and white sand beaches. The building is one of the newest on the beach and is located just a short walk from the Gulf Shores pier/state park and the center of activity at the intersection of Gulf Shores Highway and Beach Boulevard. Sea and Suds Restaurant, a local landmark, is directly in front of the building. This unit also has a view inland toward Perdido Bay and extra natural light with a dining area bay window. There are king beds in the master and guest bedrooms, an unusual feature that provides added comfort for both couples sharing the unit. The bonus room with a queen futon and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room makes bedding available for up to eight in complete comfort. A full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room makes it easy to pack less and always have fresh clothes. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is completely furnished with everything necessary to satisfy the gourmet cook in the group.
Outside the living room and master bedroom there is a huge balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine. There are two sliding glass doors providing access from either room, and on cool evenings you will definitely want to keep the door open to enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore.
There are four televisions, all connected to high definition cable programming. The master bedroom has a 32 inch Samsung LCD screen and the guest room is equipped with a 23 inch Samsung TV. The living room and bonus room televisions have their own DVD players attached. Free wireless internet will make it easy for you to search activities in the area, which include boating, fishing, golf, water parks, wonderful dining, live entertainment, museums, festivals year round.

We spent the month of February in this lovely 2 bedroom condo. It looks exactly like the pictures-very comfortable. It doesn't matter what the weather watching the ocean from the beautiful wall of windows or the balcony was fascinating. We saw dolphins from our living room! We loved Gulf Shores and the surrounding area. Many great places to eat. Desoto's, Bahama Bob's, Lulu's - it is endless. Make sure to go on down to Billy's Seafood in the bayou and get some fresh shrimp! I was happy to discover Chico's in the Tanger outlet mall in Foley. Stop at the Gift Horse in Foley for a great buffet with southern style food. Great place to stay and enjoy it all.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Great condo for our short stay over the July 4th weekend/holiday. The room was as great as the pictures showed it to be. The master bedroom was unreal and the bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms are so large compared to where we've stayed before. Jodi, great job decorating the condo. It was gorgeous. The view from the living room and balcony was unreal. The only thing that hindered them was the smoke from the fire during the early morning hours. The elevators were somewhat of an issue, especially getting down to the lower floors when they were crammed with people. We are so used to staying in the Orange Beach area it was quite a change to be that close to Hwy. 59 and all the shops/restaurants. Overall, the condo was great and the stay was great but we were dissapointed we couldn't stay longer.

Elevators seem to always be an issue in condos. Try not using them at peak times or..... it's a great way to meet some fellow vacationers.....up close!!!!! You're just going to have to come back to visit again and this time stay a bit longer. I'd love to have you.

Clean with comfortable beds and wonderful view. Nicely furnished and starters of everything you need until you can get to the store. Only two elevators so arrange your schedule away from peak times when everyone is going or coming from the beach: early and late work best. We went out to lounge by the water (ask the beach boys for reserved discounts, cheaper for your whole stay) with an ice chest and had fabulous weather. The condo was perfect for us. Small pools but we came for the beach! The kids pool looked great and was in the shade during the hottest part of the day which is what I would have wanted when my boys were small. you can walk to almost anything you want: restaurants nearby and a souvenier shop across the street. Being a swim -thru pool it is smaller in size with the majority of it being inside.This is great for the renters that visit during the cooler months. The kiddie pool is a great attraction and well placed so it is shaded during the afternoon hours. Great advise about the elevators also. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us. It was great having you as our guests. Thanks again for the pictures....you are quite the photographer!!!! I hope I have the pleasure of having you stay with us again in the future.
