Crashing Waves Cabana LLC, welcomes you to Beach Steps Cabana II at Salt Creek Beach, the most beautiful beach in California. One mile south of the city of Laguna Beach, this newly remodeled, family friendly 1300 square foot three bedroom, two bathroom luxury condominium is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway. WE ARE LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE STAIRS THAT LEAD DOWN TO THE BEACH!!! Our home is directly across the street from the third best rated beach in the United States, according to the Men's Journal Magazine. It's a 3 to 5 minute stroll from our doorstep to the sand. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, used to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
Both the Ritz Carlton and the St. Regis have developed world class five-star resorts in our community to take advantage of this beautiful beach paradise. Having traveled extensively around the world, we worked diligently to think of everything you will need to have the best vacation ever, in a cost effective manner. We designed our home to be peaceful, romantic and yet cozy.
The main living space offers is tastefully decorated with beautiful distressed hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, artwork by local artists, a 55 inch 1080p Flat Panel TV and two very comfortable large couches.
Our gourmet high end kitchen offers professional stainless steel appliance. We provide all the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals. The home is equipped with non-stick pots and pans, a microwave, coffee maker and a blender. The dining area seats six and is extremely comfortable.
The master bedroom offers gorgeous a queen-sized four post bed with finely appointed 500 thread count linens and a 36 inch flat screen LCD-TV. The master bathroom is spa like, with Italian tile, flat screen TV, two pedestal sinks and a Jacuzzi soaking tub. There is also a wonderful outdoor lanai off the master suite. Our second and third bedrooms are well appointed with a 42 inch flat panel TV. The bedrooms can be set up to accommodate two twin beds, a Day-Bed or we can joint the two twin beds to make California King Bed. Please let us know your preference and we have the housekeeper arrange the rooms accordingly.
Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are over 40 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a 10 minute stroll. The world famous art colony, Laguna Beach, is a few miles to the North. Historic San Juan Capistrano is four miles East. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry ride from our harbor.

This condo looked exactly illite the pictures shown! It was very clean, had plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and pillows, and the kitchen was well equipped. You can step outside the front door and see the ocean. I had 3 friends from college join me in this condo for a girls weekend, there was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had a fantastic, relaxing time! We ended up leaving a day early. I contacted the owner of our change in plans and he said that if he could rent it for that night he would give me a refund for that night, which sounded fair enough to me with such short notice. I haven't heard yet the status. Overall, I was very relieved that this condo was just as it was advertised. I only have one negative thing about the condo--the sinks in the master bedroom were VERY slow to drain. However, this is a minor issue. Thank you for such a great vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Overall we were very pleased. The owners were responsive to any questions. We haven't got our cleaning deposit back yet but we checked out three days ago and it takes approximately two weeks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our recent visit was fantastic. Dana Point and surrounding area are beautiful. We saw killer whales, dolphins and sea lions. The condo was wonderfully appointed with all the needed amenities. Very nice layout with Comfy beds and linens. Would definitely return. My family rented this unit for a wedding in Laguna Beach, and it worked out very nicely. The location was good - under ten minutes to get to the downtown Laguna Beach area. Though the Dana Point area has enough beauty all on its own. The proximity to the beach at Dana Point was nice - it is about a ten minute walk to access it from the condo. The condo was clean and spacious for the square footage. Two complaints: the wireless internet was really spotty for most of our trip and the coffee maker didn't work. However the owners were very responsive and bought a new coffee maker and delivered it to us within the day! The interior of the condo has a great feel and is overall very comfortable. Would definitely use it again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wonderful location close to laguna and dana point but not in the heavy traffic. Condo was beautifully done and in a good location in complex. Close to beach access. Pool in complex was a hit with the kids with it's deep diving area. Beautiful kitchen, large and easy to fit several hungry people with ease. bathrooms were redone nicely. Owner was easy to work with and accommodating. we plan to go back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We came to Laguna for a wedding from NC and stayed for a week....the condo was everything they said and more. Perfect location for all the amenities...beach access, great, shopping, great, restaurants, great. Wonderful time, the condo was excellent, fully equiped for my chef boyfriend, we cooked a couple nights. Was amazed at all the stuff that was stocked, dish soap, Kleenex, tp, dishwasher det, laundry soap, hand soap.....so much we did not expect that saved us so much!!! What a good value. Our fav restaurant was Maui....if you like sushi go there for the 25.00 all you can eat happy hour from 5 -6 and let the chef do his thing......awesome, went there twice! You won't leave hungry. Jason was the best for any questions we had. What a wonderful vacation! Beds were incredible.....would go back and also recommend to anybody!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dana Point -- WOW!! Fantastic area for a vacation. Ocean right across the street -- 165 steps down with boardwalk along beach. Beautfiul scene every day with the tide change. Great place to watch the surfers. Walking trails great!! People very friendly Bird of Paradise grows like weeds - cacti, bourganvilla, clivia everywhere -- just gorgeous. Condo lovely -- adds to the enjoyment of the area. Jason ( owner ) very helpful . Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Balboa Island, San Clemente very close -- great places to visit! Bus very handy to go to these areas -- $ 1.25 / day for seniors. What a deal!! Ralphs - grocery store -- about 20 minute walk away. Scenic views on the way! Lots of activity -- then to get home and relax at unit 379 !Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
