You are practically as close as you can be to the beach in the STUDIO CONDO which is at the building western end. You will enjoy having the west most balcony on this building side with no balconies west of you to hamper your balcony views and from inside...a straight beach and ocean view to the pier and beyond. See the photos for a visual experience. There's one low building below and the beach is on the other side. Being up by the beach this studio beach condo is away from the main road for quiet enjoyment (except for hearing the ocean surf).
The straight on southwesterly beach and ocean view down the coast is yours from the moment you open the door to the STUDIO CONDO and also from the kitchen sink, dining area and living area; there's an even more panoramic beach and ocean view from the balcony. This exposure guarantees plenty of interior light and sunshine.
The studio condo has a full kitchen and a separate dining area that seats four at the table, a bathroom with a separate sink and dressing area, and a nice size walk in closet for your belongings.
In lieu of a separate bedroom with a door the condo offers a sleeping alcove off of the living area where the queen-size bed rests along with storage drawers, a display bookcase, and additional storage cabinets and spacious countertop. There is an upgraded mattress sleeper sofa in the living area.
Hear the ocean roar, see the ocean lull by day, and by night take in the beautiful view of the magically lit pier inside or on your balcony.
Grab the sand chairs and go down the hall, down the elevator or stairs and out the gate to the sand; or down the hall, down the elevator and enjoy the spa, pool or barbeque area. Maybe just enjoy being inside.
If you need more room we also have a TWO BEDROOM outside corner condo with no inside stairs and plenty of cross ventilation and lay down ocean and beach views from the master bedroom. This corner location is equivalent to the fourth floor and the full height windows allow plenty of light and ocean and beach close views. With a west facing balcony there is no neighboring balcony to your side. This condo has a high speed internet connection if that is something you need.
Our very beach close ONE BEDROOM condo has very good close up beach and ocean views from the balcony and pier view from inside is just down the hall and out the door to the pool, spa, patio with gas BBQ area and beach access gate.
