  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was well kept, and had everything we could of needed. We loved the outdoor kitchen and being able to sit out on the dock and enjoy the breeze and the view. We also saw a few dolphins come down the canal. Our dogs enjoyed chasing lizards all day long in the back yard. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house is just a short drive away to stores,resturants,parks and the beaches. We are looking forward to our vacation again next year and hope to stay again.

  My husband, our dog and I have had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home for nearly 3 months. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything. The yard is completely fenced so we never had to worry that our dog would escape. The house is clean, nicely decorated and perfect for entertaining. The pictures and decription of the house on vrbo really don't do the home justice! We spent many hours in the summer kitchen entertaining friends and family. We love sitting down by the dock and watching for dolphins and manatees. The wildlife viewing is fantastic in this area. The owners of the house are fantastic. They were always available if we needed anything but we never saw them unless we called. The pool and grounds are maintained by a service so we never had to do a thing except relax! Everything was so easy. The house was equipped with everything we could want. Tons of sheets and towels. Even everything you would need to have in a house. Dishsoap, papertowels, toilet paper, even laundry detergent. Made it so much easier to just settle in. We loved having the garage as well. We brought down 2 motorcycles and there was plenty of parking for our trailer and vehicle off the road. Also parking for our guests as well. The house is just 10 minutes from everything. The beach, Cocoa Village, numerous restaurants and shopping are only minutes away. Our time here flew by and after nearly 3 months there are so many things we still want to do. We don't want to go home!

  My Family and I rented the property for the month of December. We found the property to be very clean and well maintained and the description of the property as listed on the VRBO website to be quite accurate. For those of you that are looking for a house close to the beach, restaurants,shopping and the Orlando Airport this is an EXCELLENT "pet friendly" home. My family enjoyed everything about this rental property. There were no disappointments. Bob and Diane were great to deal with and were available to answer any questions that we had concerning the property or the area in general. The neighborhood was quiet and had a very relaxing atmosphere yet you are a short distance from the nightlife should you want that. The neighbors were very friendly and fun to talk with. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone and we will certainly use it again. You cannot go wrong here!! We have a Golden Retriever and she loved it as well: everything from the porpoises' to the ducks.

  This home is amazing - beautiful river views, sparkling pool, ocean breezes, close to beach, and is very clean. It is nicely decorated and updated We spent a month here, and it was SO hard to leave. The owners are nearby, friendly, and attentive if you need anything. Do not hesitate to book your vacation here. You will love it. But leave a few weeks in July for me to come back ;-)

  Thank you Bob and Diane for accomodating our family for a wonderful Father's Day weekend. We just love this house and feel so at home here. Everything is perfect from the comfortable, tasteful decor to the perfect waterfront setting. We spent the day kayaking, boating and lounging poolside. It is like having your own resort, and we spent the weekend outside in the lanai, pool and perfect outdoor kitchen and patio. Also having the patio screened is such a bonus when the Florida mosquitoes show themselves!! Thank you for making it so convenient and easy to show up, move in . We even left our boat at your dock till it was convenient to come by later and pick it up. We appreciate how accomodating you are in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back again in the near future. This is such a perfect spot and perfect house for a weekend getaway or longer vacation.

  The wildlife viewing was fantastic! We actually saw more wildlife at this vacation home then we did on our hikes through Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Great views from lower dock with hammock and 2-seater adirondack chair. The pool is wonderful size. Room for us to enjoy the pool while the kids splashed around. Quiet and safe neighborhood made for relaxing walks and peaceful nights. Home is updated, beautifully maintained and well-stocked. Diane and Bob are charming hosts. They are helpful, easy to work with and made us feel "at home" before we even arrived. Fantastic experience! Thanks again Diane & Bob for sharing your beautiful home.

  This is the finest vacation house we've ever rented. Every room of the home is well-decorated and includes everything to ensure a vacationer can relax and enjoy. The yard is exceptionally well landscaped as well. The views from the lanai, pool and dock are outstanding. We enjoyed seeing ducks, manatees, turtles, ospreys, herons and egrets while lounging outside. We LOVED the size and shape of the pool. Perfect for swimming laps, dipping and enjoying. We appreciated that the house was very clean and well-maintained. The description of the home's amenities was accurate and comprehensive. Plus, the house has plenty of kitchen items, sheets, towels, etc. for entertaining two or a crowd. We especially appreciated that the house, lanai and pool were dog-friendly. Everything, including the kayaks and bikes, made this a perfect vacation retreat. We'll definitely rent this property again.

  Look no further! This is the "home away from home" that you are searching for. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, the view from the back deck is awesome!   This rental exceeded expectations. My wife and I visited the area with bird watching in mind, but the house was so comfortable we struggled to leave. Between the hammock, the pool, the outdoor bar, the indoor bar, the couch, and a comfy bed there was just so much relaxation calling. The back patio/dock area was especially nice. We sat out there and saw ~10 different species of birds as well as a manatee and a porpoise. The owners also brought kayaks over, which allowed us to explore a wildlife preserve that is only about 0.5 miles away. We would love to visit again and highly recommend it.

  As soon as we walked in the front door, we knew it was going to be a terrific home to spend the month. The photos do not do it justice. The "home" was spotless and well equiped while the grounds were well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. We especially enjoyed the lanai with the barbecue and wet bar. We had many meals with family and friends there while relaxing and taking in the canal and it's views. Everyone who visited remarked at what a well decorated and spacious house. It was large enough to accomodate our two children and their families. Our son and daughter-in-law especially liked the two kayaks that were available. The beds were comfortable and both bathrooms were bright and up to date. It was a short drive to the beach and to shopping as well as to see the cruise ships that were in port. Everything you would need was located near by. It was a very quiet, safe area and it did seem that we were in our own private resort. Bob and Diane, the owners, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We want to come back!!!!!!
