  We were thrilled with the accomodations of this unit. Very very clean; great view of the ocean! This was our first family vacation with our 2 year old & we were very satisified. Will return again!

  Had a great time here with my wife, kids, and in-laws. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (except spices) and the kids loved the beach toys that came with the condo. The only negative I could say about the whole week was out of the owners hands. Elevators were acting up the day we were leaving which left me to carry the luggage of 6 people (requiring 5 trips) down the stairs. Great condo for a great price.

  This Mainsail condo was wonderful in many ways. All amenities needed were there plus more! It was clean, bright, modern, & had perfect beach access. Also grocery, outlet malls, & restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful & ontop of everything. I would recommend this condo to all. I hope to be there again in the future. :-)

  Very nice condo! Can tell it has been recetly remodeled. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was as well equiped as any we have ever stayed in, all items that we needed was in the unit. nice veiw of water from balconey. The complex itself is older but, but beach access is very good. Destin itself was very crowed last week, but our beachfront was not, which made it good for family. The complex itself could use another gas grill or 2 but that is about all. Location has good access to everything you need and you are 3 minutes away from a grocery store. We would rent unit again! The owner was very good through the process.

  This unit is FABULOUS!!! I totally enjoyed my experience at this condo. The kitchen was very well-equipped and even exceeded my expectations. The unit is tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is also very well maintained and extremely tidy. There are spaces and places for everything. There is a huge pantry/closet where we were able to keep all of our supplies. The views of the beach from the master bedroom and the main living area are magnificent! I stayed here for a girls' week, and we slept 7 comfortably - 2 in the guest room, 3 in the master, and 2 on the pull-out couch. The condo is so conveniently located to shopping, nightlife, all sorts of activities - and there is a grocery store right across the street. I highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family. We all had a wonderful time. So much so, I wish I were still there!

  This condo made our vacation!! Very clean condo with comfortable new king size beds. Great stock of pots/pans and other kitchen gadgets to make you feel right at home (they even had a Keurig machine!!!). Loved the beach access and the unit comes with an umbrella and chairs each day so there is no need to drag extras to the beach. We will definetly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

  I just returned from our family vacation at Mainsail and I have to say the location across from the outlet mall just outside Sandestin was perfect! Mainsail has a private beach with a gated entrance so our family felt very secure in this quiet complex. The unit provided everything that we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs and the unit was very clean and well maintained. One could tell it was newly renovated. The bedrooms have a king in each room with very comfortable mattresses! A big plus! I am picky about mattresses as I have had that ruin a previous vacation! We BBQ'd nightly at the gas grills by the pool while the kids swam and played in the game room. We also appreciated the beach toys and ice chest to bring to the beach that the unit provided! The beach and weather were gorgeous. The water was the emerald green that is usual for Destin and there was no seaweed nor jellyfish. Thanks again, Rhonda for a great stay at your condo. Can't wait to return next year!
