  My family and I had one of the best vacations ever!! How great it is to fall asleep and to wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. It was awesome. This house is right on the beach. And don't worry if you forgot to pack something. The grocery store is a walk across the street!! Thanks for the restful week. It was way overdue!! Plenty of room for everyone. Oh yeah, there is no tv guide channel for the cable, but we gooled tv guide for Mexico Beach Fl, and clicked on the cable company out of Destin and it came right up on our laptop. Thanks for the secure wifi as well. We will surely be back!! Thanks again!!

  This rental was far and above what I had envisioned. The beach was beautiful and clean. Perfect place for family fun. I recommend this home to anyone looking for some peace and quiet. GREAT VACATION SPOT!

  Having driven by Mexico Beach on the way to St George many times, we decided to try a week during the winter months. This town house is such a great place and we loved being literally 4 steps to the beach!!! Although the weather was slightly cooler with rain at times, we truly had a very relaxing stay. house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed both the deck at ground level with the rockers and swing, the deck off the dining area as well as the master bedroom. No one had rented the other side of the townhouse, but this could cause somewhat of a privacy issue as there is only lattice dividing the decks and Porches. There is a market right across the street and Killer Seafood is absolutely the best place to eat. Excellant food (don't let the outside fool you). Owner was very easy to work with and instructions clear. Kitchen was stocked with most everything we might need as well as some bonus items that were nice. Would recommend this place as there is not a lot of property that you can get this close to the beach. Although this house is very close to the road, we did not find this too bothersome except when the emergency sirens would come through, A few very small things might be improved upon, rugs were still wet when we arrived in the master bath??? Also the clocks do need new batteries. Did not want to bother anyone about this small of a detail, but thought someone needed to replace theses. I would definately return to this townhouse. Another drawback might be that there is no closet in the master bedroom......However, small concession to make considering the other positives.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very inviting and comfortable. This time of year there aren't many people in Mexico Beach, so the seclusion was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful ,well-kept accomodations. Thanks for allowing us to use your home.. We really enjoyed watching the stingrays and dolphins play... Arnon Ivey

  This is our second September to come here with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. It's perfect especially with a little one. So easy to step off the back step onto your own beach. No carrying a bunch of stuff down there with you. You can go out and stay as little or long as your want. The new furniture, new flatscreen TV (perfect for watching Bama football) and new kitchen are super nice, too. We hope to come back here for years to come.

  This place is absolutely amazing! We took all of our girls for spring break this year. It was so nice to not have to tote anything to the beach, since your backdoor is the beach!! The night fishing was incredible & we never heard a complaint from our teenage daughters (didn't know that was possible!) Even the 4 year old was a dream, playing in her hole that daddy dug for her on the beach, where the ocean filled it up like a little pool for days. The serenity & beauty is beyond words. We woke up every morning to watch the dolphins just off the shore line. We have never left our kids out of a vacation, but saw that it is open tomorrow, so we booked a babysitter & the red-eye flight! Leaving the kids at home to go back to the beach tomorrow! The only bad thing about this place is that it is booked up for the rest of the summer.

  My family and I had a great time at this house. It is right on the water and everything was as described. We have four kids and there was room for us all to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone couples only or families.

  Great place to vacation! The pictures are great to describe this place but it is way better in person! My family and friends stayed here for the Beach Blast Triathlon for two nights and it was the best weekend vacation. Literally steps from the beach and the porches are perfect for sitting, swinging, relaxing and listening to the waves while watching the sunset. I would recommend this for anyone and I hope to one day stay here again!

  Our vacation was wonderful. The beach house is beautiful and the location was excellent. The newly added deck on the bottom floor allowed individuals in our party, who do not spend much time on the beach, to feel more a part of, and closer to the activities on the beach. Thus, they were able to experience more of the acutal beach vacation experience without too much sun, as the lower deck offered rocking chairs with shade.

  this house was the ideal place for our family of 7 small children! it was so convenient with the beach as our back yard! we had great weather most days, and the owners were very workable with price and all! We would recommend this place to anyone! The sand was fine and white, and the sunsets were stunning! When the time came to go home none of us wanted to leave! It was awesome having a grocery store right across the road! We went everyday!
