ON THE WATER! The waters of the Hawaiian Islands' largest bay, Kaneohe Bay, come into the back yard. The Ko'olau Mountain range where Jurassic Park was filmed forms a backdrop for the bay. The Golden Bamboo enjoys a full 180-degree view from the 8 foot by 30 foot lanai, the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy an early morning sunrise and some spectacular sunsets over the mountains. The photos you see were taken from the lanai and the back yard.

The name comes from the large grove of 40 foot high bamboo outside the living room and kitchen windows. There is 1500 sq. ft. of interior space with 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Two full baths, a living room/dining area, a kitchen and laundry room provide all of the amenities you will need. A large tropically landscaped yard is also yours to enjoy.
BEACHES

KAILUA BEACH, a 3 mile long, white sand beach on Oahu's east coast, is just a 7 minute drive. Rated as the best beach in the country, this beach is safe for swimmers of all ages. Enjoy an early morning stroll to watch the sunrise or an evening stroll to see the full moon rise over the horizon. Also a great beach for boogie boarding, kayaking, kite surfing, wind surfing and paddle boarding. We provide you with coolers, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, shoes and toys.
KAYAKING

Launch the two 2-person kayaks from the back yard of the house. Kayak out to Coconut Island where the t.v. show, Gilligan's Island was filmed. Around the shoreline of Kaneohe Bay, going out for about 50 feet, the water is only knee to waist deep. On calm days it is easy to see the bay's seabed, the corals, the fish and various other marine life. You may also swim, snorkel and fish in the bay.

Awaken to the cooing of doves and the rustle of the wind in the coconut palms and the bamboo grove. Relax on the lanai and enjoy the serenity of paradise on the water. Located near 3 major "highways" makes the airport, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu and Waikiki just a 20-25 minute drive. While it is easy for you to get around the island, you will always be glad to "come home" to the serenity that nature provides.
