Wake up to spectacular views of the water from either of the two gigantic master bedrooms. Sit out on the 430 sq ft of any of the 3 balconies while you watch the seagulls diving for food or the waves rippling on the 5 miles of secluded beach front. Grill up the fish you caught and have a cocktail while you watch the spectacular sunsets at the pool, that are so much a part of LaPaz. After a day at the beach or swimming with the sea lions, take a long hot shower in one of 3 seperate bathrooms with floor to ceiling travertine showers. Take the private boat shuttle to the Melecon so you can explore down town LaPaz. Make sure to stop at LaFuenta for some fantastic home made ice cream and gelatto while you stroll the 7 miles of tiled waterfront walkways. There are plenty of great places to eat along the Melecon all within walking distance. Play a round of golf on the award winning Arthur Hills golf course. If you fly in to LaPaz, take the cab to the Paraiso Del Mar dock where you will board one of our eco friendly boats for the 10 minute boat ride to the Palapa where you will be greeted by staff and driven to your condo. All boat are included for guests. Take the one hour drive to Todos Santos for a day of shopping and surfing .. have lunch or enjoy a cocktail at the famous 'Hotel California'. A must is a trip to Espiritu to swim with the sea lions and dolphins. It is spectacular and includes lunch at a prestine beach with the most beautiful clear blue water. The cost is about $65 per person US. There are so many great things to see and do in LaPaz and the people are super friendly. The infiniti pool is spectacular at 50 meters and has a great view of the water. There are plenty of beach lounges with sunbrellas, swim up bar and grill while you bask in the sun. Take a bike ride around the island on one of many beach crusiers available for your use. Take a free yoga class by the pool, or schedule a massage in the privacy of your room by a licensed massage therapist who lives on site. Whether coming down with a group of friends for a fishing weekend, golf outing, or for a quiet get away, we know you will truly enjoy our Villa on the Sea of Cortez

My husband and I just returned from a 2 week stay in this spectacular condo at Paraiso Del Mar! We could not have been happier from the beautiful spacious condo to the wonderful resort, wonderful staff and the fabulous city of La Paz! We did not know what to expect with the resort being on an island or more accurately, the tip of a peninsula. However, with the efficient water taxis and vans which come to your door to take you to the boat slip, this only added to the entire ambiance of the resort!! The condo itself is so tastefully decorated and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need! We really appreciated the abundance of towels! The views from the balconies was simply amazing- we could see dolphins swimming almost everyday! The owner, Jim, was very easy to deal with, as we're the property managers, Jon and Penny. La Paz is a lovely city with so many hole in the wall places to get absolutely delicious food!!! In fact the best and cheapest food we have ever had in all of Mexico! I could go on about all of the great restaurants but to just mention a few- try The Shack!!! Best food ever!! Their fall off the bone ribs are to die for! Then there are is the arracherra at Rancho Vieja- unbelievable!! The burgers at Bandidos- fabulous!! And the sashimi at Tailhunters - fresh and plentiful! I would not bother with the more expensive restaurants like La Pazda- okay food but way overpriced!! Todos Santos is worth a visit- such a cute, quaint little artsy town - loved the galleries!! Espiritu Island also a MUST! Try La Paz and try this amazing condo- fabulous vacation !Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I spent a wonderful 5 days at this condo over the Christmas holiday. It was WONDERFUL! My son (4) loved walking the beach and finding shells. We all loved listening to the waves every morning and night. We used both the kayak and paddle board, swam in the pool, soaked in the jacuzzi, ate at the pool bar/restaurant (we were surprised, but the food was great, by far the best food we found in La Paz), took the boat shuttle to walk and dine on the Malecon, drove to see the beautiful Balandra beach ... had so many great experiences in 5 short days. We easily could have stayed a week longer! Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a week, and had such a wonderful stay! The condo is beautifully furnished and was completely equipped for everything we needed. The resort staff were wonderful, and the property is just as the name says--paradise. The beach goes on forever, and we spent literally hours walking it and shell-hunting. Getting into town from the resort was easy and very convenient--a short boat ride across the bay, and transportation to and from the condo and the boat--boat and transportation both free. This place far exceeded all our expectations--we had a fantastic time, and are already planning our next trip back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Love this place! Will go back for sure. The condo was out of this world perfect, great showers and beds. Clean clean clean! We went in the slow season very hot and humid but still had a good time. Very quite at the cando and LaPAz Was a short water taxi ride away. Pool was perfect, but unfortunetly the pool bar/ resturant was not open for the time we were there, but hey cant have everything right? All and all we would definetly recomend staying here and looking forward to going back. KWRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was on an island with water taxis for travel between La Paz and the condo. It was slow season and there was NOBODY there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Vacation ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My wife and i traveled to this wonderful and relaxing spot and found it to be like staying in a 5 star property..everything was first rate..comfortable beds, lush towels and cozy up to date furnishings...we highly recommend this destination and experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had such a great time! The water is beautiful and the beach is quiet and clean. We had a great time snorkeling and the food is excellent. The beds are very nice and the place was beautiful. the pictures do not do it justice. This condo is awesome and the pictures on the website don't do the unit justice. It is huge, beautiful and spotless! It had everything we needed to make us feel like home away from home. The view from the balcony was lovely and I enjoyed drinking coffee there every morning. I took advantage of the the complimentary bikes on the property and would ride to the little store, or to the ferry. Also, I used the complimentary kayaks! The pool was gorgeous and it was great to have the pool bar with food and drinks which were surprisingly reasonable. There is free boat shuttle transportation to and from the complex to the city. The resort staff is friendly and helpful and set-up a boat trip to Espiritu Island where we snorkeled with sea lions, whale sharks and even a humpback whale. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

It is so peaceful and friendly here you won't want to leave. It is so easy to get here by plane or driving over from Cabo and the privacy and exclusivity of it makes it a real paradise. The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful and the weather is excellent. you get the breeze from the water and you can walk for miles on the beach. Every time we come down we see dolphins, whales and so,me times flying sting rays! The food is fantastic and inexpensive. We have a desalinization plant so all the water is plentiful, safe and clean
