New in mid 2004, this resort is among the most exclusive on the Panhandle. This Non-Smoking, two bedroom, two bath, [approximately 1400 square feet on the 11th floor], Gulf-front condo has the perfect beach floor plan with both bedrooms and living room on the Gulf of Mexico. The master has a large bath with a jetted Jacuzzi tub. the kitchen is fully-equipped and has a separate laundry room. Enjoy the two pools [seasonally heated] and the spectacular sunsets year-round from your balcony.
Silver Beach Towers has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a lighted tennis court. Silver Shells, a short walk away, has a Ruth Chris steakhouse and a day spa. Henderson State Park is also a short walk down the beach. Within minutes there is golf, fishing charters, water park, and the largest designer outlet mall in America. I have stayed at Bob's unit twice. Haven't visited since 2009 and I am missing this place every year. The unit has all of the amenities of home to make your stay more enjoyable. The view is breathtaking, the unit extremely roomy and clean. Bob takes great pride in owning the unit and it shows. The condo building is well-kept. The pools are great (one heated, one isn't) and you cannot beat the short stroll to the beach (access directly behind the pool). I cannot wait to return as soon as my schedule allows me to. I love Destin and wouldn't vacation anywhere else!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Best place to stay in Destin and very reasonable price too!

Stayed at this condo two years ago and cannot wait again to come back this October! I have rented several places in Destin and this is the BEST PLACE by far!!!!! I will look nowhere else ever again!

Well this owner has got it together! He answered every question I had about his rental guidelines (and I had a lot of questions!) with a great attitude and a few witty comments! This is the place to stay. It's a beautiful unit and he has left nothing to the imagination. Everything in the unit is labelled, and he even sends a welcome package with the keys to explain how everything works. The customer service I was given was--sorry Silver Beach--BETTER than I received when renting directly from the facility in the past--by far, with ZERO hidden charges, fees, or taxes. We ended up spending an additional 2 nights more than we orginally planned because it was so great, and he made doing that an easy process as well. I have nothing to say but WOW! Thanks again for the great stay. I'm in the middle of booking with this owner again for next month. I will definitely be a regular.

The reserved parking spot out of the sun makes all the difference. The elevator from the garage goes right to your doorstep on the 11th floor. When you walk into the condo you know you made the right decision. The appliances are ample. Everything you need in a kitchen is at your fingertips. The bedrooms, both kings are plush and comortable. each room has a glorious view of the front row of the Gulf. We were so close to the water, it put us to sleep each night. As for the view, one word, stunning. We loved the ease of the TV and the wireless internet. Great shower pressure, huge bathroom on one side and a great two person shower in the other lav. All of the space is well used. We, four adults shard this condo for 8 nights. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. Nice job Bob. We will be back again!!! Oh yeah, our favorite place to eat was the Old Bay Steamer. Great value with great taste... and large enough portions if you want to split a meal.
