Cottage for two perched on the shore of Caspian Lake, one of the most pristine lakes in northern Vermont, a region renowned for its clear mountain air, rolling landscapes dotted with farmhouses and unique Northeast Kingdom history. The cottage is neighbor to a lake house for 12 (see vrbo #35423).
This cozy and secluded retreat is within one mile walking distance from Greensboro village, has easy access to a private dock with kayaks, canoe and all the water activities the lake has to offer. There are miles of walking and biking trails and back-country roads to explore and fishing in the lake and nearby rivers.
Friendly locals will help you find your way to antique and artist galleries as well as the social events and attractions in and around Greensboro. A quaint general store, post office, church and library complete the picture.
The cottage is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath, small kitchenette and living room.
It has private parking, a full deck overlooking the lake and shares a spacious dock with friendly neighbors.
It is not winterized and so can be rented ONLY during the Summer and early Fall.
