  • We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 weeks during the summer and the place was perfect. The condo was clean and ready for us to occupy for the extended time period. The owner was very helpful in acccomodating our youth retreat later in the summer, as well. This place deserves two thumbs-up; would repeat our stay anytime. Thanks!!

  • A couple of friends and I had the pleasure to have stayed at this wonderful rental while taking in the slopes at Winter Park. We found this condo, decorated in a mountain cottage motif, to be impeccably clean, well maintained and very inviting. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home including an electric coffee grinder and even fresh coffee beans! The dining room and living room, with its gas fireplace, are cozy and conducive to socializing and enjoying each other's company. The three spacious bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and fresh linens. Information and maps for the local attractions, restaurants and shops, with the owner's recommendations and comments, are available to its guests. This was the nicest place our group has every stayed and are anxious to stay again!

  • Wow. What a place. 3 floors of spotlessly clean, well furnished comfort. I've stayed at a lot of places and have never felt more at home. Not only that, the refrig & cabinets were stocked with coffee, tea, pasta, jelly, etc, etc, etc, with chocolates welcoming us on the kitchen table too. On the shelves were ski shuttle schedules & restaurant guides with comments by the owners of their experiences at them. And the owner was terrific. He stopped by to say hello and to ensure everything was fine. I would stay there again without a doubt. Well worth every dollar I spent on staying there!!! I cannot imagine a better place or person to rent from in Winter Park!

  • I have been lucky enough to stay in this townhouse 2 times now. It is in excellent shape and well funished. The neighborhood is quiet and facilities are excellent. I plan on using it again if available this summer and am looking into purchasing a unit as well. I highly recommend it. Mike
