Our closest neighbors are all below us because we're on top of the hill. Plus, the entire property is fenced in, providing additional security. Finally, the lot across the street is empty, so you have even more privacy. Due to its unique design, there are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs in the back area of the home.
