  My husband and I recently returned from a three-month winter stay in this condo. The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated.It includes a well-appointed kitchen and great comfortable beds. Topping things off is the wonderful oceanfront balcony. The view from it is stunning. The friendly resort staff was very helpful.Although the exterior of the building was being painted during our stay,it really did not inconvenience us.When we needed to park across the street,due to the painting,the security guards drove us back in their carts,especially after dark. One unexpected pleasure was the welcoming and active snowbird group. Great fun to be with them! Five minutes from the airport and near many restaurants and shopping areas, we found the location very convenient. We hope to return to stay in this condo next year.

  First time my friends and I visited Myrtle Beach and we picked a great condo, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for the four of us. The condo was very clean and newly renovated with tile throughout and granite countertops. Just a 5 minute drive from the airport and close to all the Myrtle Beach attractions. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances. We absolutely loved being ocean front. The owners are very nice and easy to work with, answered all questions via phone and email. Resort has everything you need for a great vacation and the pool bar has great happy hour drink special. If we decide to return to Myrtle Beach we will defiantly stay here again.

  We had a fabulous time! The condo was extremely clean and a great layout for our family. We let the kids take the master suite while us grown ups took the spare room and it worked out great. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week and the view was specatular. Best part about the resort was the evenings down by the pool. Dj every night and the kids had a blast dancing with other families on the deck. Great family place!

  My family and I recently stayed at this property. LOVED IT!!! The condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Loved being oceanfront, every morning we would get up and go on the balcony and just look out at the ocean and listen to the waves, what a great way to wake up. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This was my youngest daughters, who is 16, first time at the beach and what a great first experience she had. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Myrtle Beach. Thank you John and Maggie for letting us stay at your condo, we felt right at home.

  My family and I recently returned from staying at this condo and we had such a wonderful experience. Everything was updated and the beds were so comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed staying out on the deck overlooking the ocean. What a peaceful setting. The resort had all that we needed for entertainment so there was no need in going anywhere else. I would highly recommend staying in this condo and plan to visit again some time in the future. Thanks for giving us a trip to remember.

  My husband and a couple friends (all in our thirties) just stayed at this beautiful condo for a long weekend of golf. The location and resort were fantastic - we hit the beach, sat on the balcony in the evenings, and were very close to the airport and downtown strip. The apartment is well maintained, the owners very responsive to any questions we had while choosing a condo, and we will certainly stay again fr our next trip!

  We stayed for three months in this condo, Jan 1 to Mar 31, 2012. I would highly recommend it. It is very tastefully decorated, very comfy beds and high quality bedding. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.The view from the very large balcony is wonderful. The staff who run the resort are very friendly and helpful. Very close to a lot of amenities as well. One of the things this resort has that a lot of other ones don't is a very active and friendly snowbird club. It was very nice to meet all these wonderful people from different places. Also the owner was very easy to work with and very accomodating. Enjoyed our winter very much.

  The owner was super easy to contact--responded ro all emails promptly! And his management company was easy to deal with. We had a great 4-nt stay that was soo close to the ocean--LOVED the sunrise from the balcony!!! The property was super clean and well maintained--decorated in the coastal decor that I love. We explored the entire GRAND STRAND area--in between beach time-- so felt right at home!! BrookGreen Gardens is fantastic--but we only had one hour to explore it--need to come back and spend the day! The only "minus", which did NOT detract from our visit, was the need for curtains in the front bedrm--the condo lights(blue) leaked thru the blinds--but I am a sound sleeper--it just helped me to get up earlier and enjoy God"s "wake-up" call--that gorgeous sunrise! Also be forewarned about the bar acticvity under your balcony/master bedrm window!! They partied more over the weekend and the ocean had to share "sound time" . All in all, would LOVE to return!!!

  My family and I just returned from a week stay in this condo. The condo is just as described, the pictures shown are exactly how the condo looks. Condo has been very nicely remodeled. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook any meal. The flat screen TV's are a nice touch, and the condo was very clean. We have stayed in the Bluewater Resort for several years, we did notice that this year alot of renovations had been done. Overall great vacation, great condo, great resort, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with! Looking forward to visiting again next year. I would highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed. Great place to vacation!

  We just returned from a great vacation here! The room and resort was in a prime location, minutes from Broadway on the Beach and also from the Surfside Wal-Mart. We never had to drive very far to get to where we wanted. The room was very nice, and the flat screen TV's were a nice touch. I also liked the bedding, it was very soft and I slept very well while we were here. The resort has multiple pools and a poolside bar and grill. One fun activity was on the weekends, there is free karyoke. My kids really enjoyed that, and it was fun to watch. The resort also has rooms across the street, and that is where the parking is. I didn't mind and it wasn't inconvenient. There is also a restaurant at the resort, but we did not get a chance to eat there. On thing I especially liked is that the room is locked with a keypad, so you memorized the code and you didn't have to worry about having a key. My kids liked that! All in all, it was a great stay. Also, the owner was great to work with, prompt to answer my emails and prompt to return my security deposit. I will definitely rent again!
