  We spent our 25th anniversary at Sugar Beach Resort and it was fabulous!! This was our 3rd time at Sugar Beach- it is one of our favorite vacation destinations and this is our favorite condo at Sugar Beach. It is very pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable. The view is the absolute best!! We enjoyed coffee & breakfast every morning on the lanai- enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. We decided our favorite dinner spot was also on that lanai- taking advantage of the bbq grills by the pool and a bottle of wine- watching the sunset with good food & wine from the best view table around. We went to the aquarium and it was very cool- we had never gone before and it was well worth the time. We took a few drives and checked out some beaches but our favorite thing was to just stay around Sugar Beach. Walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, sitting by the pool and just enjoying paradise from the lanai. On our actual anniversary we had a late lunch at Mama's Fish House in Paia. It was a lovely location and great food. A little expensive but well worth it. Can't wait until we can return to Sugar Beach . We will definitely stay at this condo again and will recommend it to our friends. The property management staff from Ali'i Resorts were also the best!!

  It doesn't get any better than this. Quiet. On the beach, great sunsets every day. This is truly paradise. The condo is perfect for a couple just wanting to get away from it all. It had everything anyone would need to cook a great meal or to just kick back on the lanai and read and relax. Thanks Vicky.

  Beautiful Condo on the Ocean, Pictures look exactly like the real thing. Sugar Beach #427 was our favorite accommodation on our Hawaiian Honeymoon. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, we spent every evening on the beautiful Lanai after sunset. For a Fancy Diner we drove to Mama's Fish house in nearby Paia. We have already recommended this Condo to many of our friends and look forward to staying here again.

  We stayed at Sugar Beach upon a recommendation of a friend - unit #427 was great. We had everything we needed and more. Very clean and nicely updated. The washer and dryer was a nice plus. You are right on the beach & the pool area is nice and relaxing as well. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and watching the sunset. The location on the island is central to everything. You won't be disappointed.

  We’ve been to Sugar Beach Resort several times and we loved this condo. It was clean, fresh and definitely one of the nicest ones we've stayed in. And the view is better than the pictures! We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and the palm trees rustling in the balmy breeze. It was a great retreat from our Canadian weather. We enjoyed our tradition of watching the sunset almost every evening from the Lanai and just being together. There’s something to do for everyone. It was also great to have a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room so our kids could watch netflix and surf the internet in the evening because it's connect to wifi. I would totally recommend this condo and look forward to our future return.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Our trip to Maui was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in condo #427 at Sugar Beach! The condo is beautifully updated, very clean, and well cared for! Probably the best aspect is that you are literally right on the beach. The location is excellent for exploring every direction on the island, or just staying put for a relaxing day with minimal crowds at the beach, pool, or grounds. Great golf, snorkling, restaurants, farmers market, other beaches are all within easy driving distance. It's worth the trip!

  This condo unit was just perfect. Great view and location. The unit was equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. It was tastefully decorated and well maintained, very clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Maui. 2 restaurants we enjoyed not too far from the condo were, Stella Blues Cafe for breakfast and Buzz's Wharf for dinner. The next time we go to Maui, we'll definitely want to stay at this unit again.

  My family and I stayed in #427 for 10 days. It is by far the cleanest and nicest condo we've stayed in. With the very nice TVs and wifi, it's all we needed. Everything is updated and decorated perfectly. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and helpful. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The view is breathtaking! I would highly recommend it and come back again.

  This unit is one of the nicest at Sugar Beach Resort. We have stayed in a few others and this one is by far the best! The unit is clean and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need and the insuite laundry is great with small children. Everything is new and in great condition. The bed is super comfortable and the view is spectacular. It is nice being right on the beach so that you can quickly go back to your condo if you have forgotten anything. The Maui Aquarium is five minutes away and a great place to visit. The owners are great and were happy to answer questions and give suggestions. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to our family and friends.

  Excellent place to stay. The pictures depict the place 100%. Quiet, breathtaking view. Great kitchen facilities. Had our best meal in Maui on the barbecue downstairs by the pool. Mom loved the free long distance so she could talk to dad every night before going to bed. I think if I had to say one thing that was not perfect, would be the fold out bed. The couch was not very confortable and the bed bowed in the middle. The view in the morning made it all worth while.
