My husband and I, along with our 6 month old baby stayed at the apartment for 3 nights and were very comfortable during our stay. The apartment was clean and accomodating. It was just as described and met our every expectation. The balcony is absolutely wonderful! Waking up in the morning and seeing the sunrise was a true treat! It was also really nice to have a small kitchen for preparing breakfast, lunch and the baby's meals. Another plus was the large walk-in closet which came in handy with all the extra baby stuff we brought along. We were happy to see extra beach towels, an umbrella and sunblock readily available. Casablanca is an older building but it looks like it is well maintained. The pool and the grounds were clean. The only negative is that the hallway smelled like cigarettes, possibly due to other tenants smoking. There was some construction going on when we arrived but the noise was minimal and the maintenance crew was very considerate that we had an infant in our room. We were very glad to see how family friendly the hotel is. There were several other couples with small children. Since we were there during the week, the place was nice and calm and perfect for families. We did not try the restaurant downstairs but did enjoy the bar's mojitos which were pretty good. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience at Christine's apartment and would highly recommend it. We would love to stay there again whenever we're back in town. Thanks Christine!

From start to finish, we had a great time at the apartment. Chris was extermely helpful and answered all our questions on the apartment, things to do, restaurants, public transit, etc. Her apartment is fabulous and the best feature is the balcony. Lots of space and wonderful space to read your morning paper, breakfast, late night tea, etc. We did not rent a car but used the public bus to get to South Beach. It was really easy and very economical. Great restaurants near Chris' place which are walking distance. We enjoyed the pool at the hotel. Apartment was clean and the kitchenette was fantastic because we enjoyed full homemade breakfast during our stay. Thanks Chris for a really good brithday celebration in Miami and hope to be back soon.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Perfect Miami Retreat!

We had a great time visiting Miami for the BCS National Championship (Roll Tide!), and Christine's condo was the perfect place for us! We had 3 guests and we had plenty of room in this condo with the bed, futon, and walk-in closet for luggage. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with soap, shampoo, plenty of towels, etc. The condo was very clean and felt very safe with the onsite security officer in the lobby and valet parking. The hotel restaurant/bar was nice and were were able to get lunch there during our stay, pizzas were yummy. The balcony on this condo is amazing...it is huge and has beautiful ocean views. It only took a short cab ride or drive to get to all the action in South Beach...but the calm,quiet atmosphere of this condo was a nice way to end each night. Christine's recommendations for local sites such as the Duck Bus Tour were so much fun! She was so helpful and paying over Paypal was fast, safe, and easy. She even called after the vacation to make sure it went well - so nice! I absolutely recommend staying at this condo! We had friends pay twice as much for a condo down the road with no balcony and way too much traffic. This place was PERFECT! Our next visit in Miami, we'll definitely be here. ROLL TIDE!

Awesome and Beautiful

I wanted to say thank you for all the necessary items that were available in your unit. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner but was so pleasantly surpirsed that you had dispensers in the bathroom, which were absolutely handy after coming back from the beach! I am not even going to express the pleasure of the patio/terrace that we used for our breakfast and just relaxing! Also, the dish soap, utensils, and very very cute and pleasant dishes and glasses. We used an extra blanket for my daughter and again I was so pleased to realize how clean the blanket was, and smelled so fresh!!!! The Place is so convenient to everything you need - very easy to access to South Beach, stores, main attractions. The valet parking was great as well - no hassle of trying to find the parking spot and just so handy when you come back exhausted from touring the city. We will definitely come back and I will recommend you to anyone who is going to tour Miami.

This apartment on the beach is by far the best deal that I've found in all my trips to FL. I stayed here 3 separate weeks in 2012 (winter, spring, fall). There are many reasons why I return; the phenomenal view of the ocean from the patio/deck, a well maintained beach, the customer service of the owner and the improvements she has made including luxury bedding, new paint etc., the helpful and courteous hotel valet, cleaning and restaurant staff, the proximity to South Beach and amenities. I definitely plan to return. Thank you, Christine!

This is the perfect place to stay as long as you want to enjoy beach, pool and magnificient sunrise ! I stayed with my son a long week and it was just perfect between the studio and the big terrace. My friends leaving in Miami were just incredibly surprised ! Thank you to Christine who is the nicest host I have ever met. Much appreciated for vacation ! I totally recommand the condo and we will be back for sure :-)

...I have to start by saying this place is awesome. From the location, beautiful beach view and Christines endless help with great local info. when my wife and I first walked into this condo, we couldn't keep our eyes off the beautiful view. I guarantee the first thing you'll do is walk out to the balcony and just stare, THEN you'll bring your bags that you forgot out the door, in. The studio was very clean, not extremely big, but perfect for 2-4 people (we rented a 2br in Manhattan, NY that was smaller lol). This place has everything you will need for your stay. From a clean comfortable studio with all your living needs to a patio set, beach towels and beach chairs. We fell in love with this place because it was close to everything we wanted to do. When we wanted to party, it was down the street. And when we wanted to relax we could either lay out on the beach, poolside or out in the gigantic balcony. Also, tourist attractions and water sports are close by. Pretty much, whatever it is you're looking for in your vacation, this amazing condo offers it. We recommend walking south beach at night. Great pictures with all the buildings lit up. ...Of course we recommend this place. Thank you for everything Christine.

I am actually writing this review on my laptop from the condo. It is my last night and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow. First off I was very nervous about staying solo in Miami especially with some shocking reviews out there about places not looking the same as pictures. I was looking for a place to stay and came across this property. Chris was super super helpful. Seriously she is the best!!! I emailed her a billion questions and she always responded so quickly. She provides you with a lot of information like the nearest supermarkets, best delivery and best places to eat. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. It looks exactly as the pictures provided and 10 times better. It has everything you would need and its really the small things that count like the decorations, coffeemaker, utensils everything you need, beach towels. I was super hungry last night and was trying to look up the nearest chinese food delivery and after searching in the kitchen I was shocked she had a bunch of delivery menu's in the kitchen and one was for chinese food. Words cannot describe the view and it is so amazing that you have to book and experience it for yourself to know what I'm talking about!!! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone especially if you are big on safety, comfort and cleanliness as this place is everything and more. I promise you wont be disappointed. Security was a big deal for me too and the place is very safe with security 24/7. I even checked out over 20 different places nearby, not even kidding and spoke to many different property owners and she was the best. Thanks for an amazing stay Chris!!!! Cant wait to come back.

If you are looking for a great getaway that is calm and away from South Beach this is your place. Clean beach, beautiful sand and clear water. The studio has everything needed including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and everything is top of the line. Full kitchen with everything you need. We went out to eat here and there, but mostly we cooked in the studio and this made this vacation very economical, which gives you a chance to come back sooner. The view is amazing! we ate most of the time on the balcony as we could not take our eyes away from the beach. The pool is huge and clean. South Beach is only a few minutes away. Do not miss eating at Fifis whole fry fish. fresh fish everyday. And Chris (owner) is the best! She made sure everything is perfect and a Great lady! Thank you Chris for everything. We had a great time and we will be back soon!...Excellent!

A nice spot for a couple's vacation

I spend 5 days in Miami with my girlfriend and staying at this condo was a great experience. We planned a low-budget vacation so having a fully equipped kitchen was what we needed. We made breakfast each morning and enjoyed it on the terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean and the palm trees. We did the same for lunch and dinner. The condo is great, it has everything you need (even beach towels and beach chairs!). Very cozy place to stay! The location at Collins & 63rd Street is excellent if you are looking for a quiet time in Miami. South beach is noisy day and night, not to mention the crowds at the beach. The beach in front of our condo is much better as it's not crowded at all, which is a big plus. The condo is also 10 min. away by bus to a supermarket (7 Eleven is across the street) and about 20 min. by bus to the South Beach. The swimming pool at the building is perfect! I recommend this great condo & its location to anyone! Kudos to the owner - she's great!

Thank you Chris!!!!The apartment was immaculate, the linens and towels were clean and crisp. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils, dishes and pots to accommodate my family of four. The deck was spacious, and wonderful to sit out and have breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a great patio set, equipped with an umbrella. Chris made sure that all our needs were met! The provided beach chairs, and umbrella were GREAT!! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in beautiful views, beachfront,great ameneties and staying in a clean environment. We will definatley rent this condo again!!

We arrived on the 9th of March after a loooong drive from Chicago. The owner was Extremely accomodating and helpful. She answered all of our questions and assisted us promptly. We were excited about the Gorgeous Ocean Scene as soon as you walk in. Our stay was very comfortable, and the location was a good location for us. Close by to many quality restuarants, boutiques, a Walgreens about 5min walking distance, and a Walmart about 15min drive away. The pool was great! The beach was outstanding! But the view from the balcony/terrace was what made this stay so Excellent, we have to come back. Often we would cook breakfast and eat out on the terrace to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The place was clean and comfortable which made for a very relaxing stay. This place was a real home away from home. I recommend this property to anyone who's looking for an easy relaxing stay, and some great scenery.

I highly recommend this apartment. The view from the deck was amazing, the beach was so accessible and the hotel staff was very helpful and safety conscious. The apartment had everything I needed for a wonderful week. I plan on returning very soon.

This was a great place to stay, right on the beach, I loved the terrace, it was so peacefull just to sit and watch the waves and ships, boats etc. Great kitchen, you can cook and eat in or go out. Huge walk in closet. Great area, lots of other places around. Rental car just down the block. Walgreens just down the block, 7 eleven across the street. Owner great! Hope to be able to go back next year. First time in Miami and Great place to stay!
